We welcome you during the summer period in this cozy, completely renovated apartment located in the very popular and very quiet Des Capucins district less than 300 m from the Bastide and the Berges de l'Aude. The Medieval City is within walking distance of 20 min. by a very pleasant walk along the Aude. You can also relax by enjoying the water park, padel courts and petanque just a stone's throw away on the banks of the Aude. Parking on the street is free of charge

Our Garden Rooms are the Summer bedrooms of the house. Traditionally the family would move to the ground floor during the hotter months. The Apartment retains all of the original features, fireplace, high ceilings and crown mouldings give the place a lovely relaxing feeling of grandeur and a by gone era. With direct access to the gardens and pool you'll enjoy the 300 days of sunshine the Aude region receives every year.
