Kuća za odmor "Sunset" samostalan je objekt na dvije etaže, sa vlastitom okućnicom i parkirnim mjestom. U prizemlju se nalazi spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, toalet i soba sa jacuzzijem(Jacuzzi je dostupan za rezervacije od 3 ili više noći.). Na katu su dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa po 2 kreveta i kupaona. U dvorištu se nalazi stol sa klupama, roštilj i montažni bazen(do 16.09.). Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
