Monthly Rentals in Pak Nam Pran

We were passing through and booked this accommodation just a few hours before check-in. The host responded quickly and confirmed everything right away. It turned out to be a very cozy place on a farm with friendly staff who created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised by a delicious breakfast and great coffee. Our dog was absolutely thrilled, watching the goats and other farm animals. The property is spacious, with lots of greenery, peace, and charming little houses – perfect for a relaxing stay. Thank you for the hospitality! We’d love to stay here again.

A really nice villa that was just right for our group of two couples & a single adult. Jocelyn and Gayle are outstanding hosts and are very responsive to messages. We love this area and the proximity of the villa to the beach and there's plenty of local restaurants that serve excellent Thai food at great prices. Our two favourites were Tonto & Krua Ban Pa. The villa has a very relaxing vibe and is really comfortable. The helper comes in every day to empty the trash and the beds/towels were changed every week. The pool guy comes in twice a week to clean and the big pool is an excellent focal point. WiFi, smart TV and other amenities in the villa are all great. Beds are large and comfortable and the villa is in a quiet area but only one block back from the beach road. We had nothing whatsoever to criticise & would happily stay again. It was really good that enough bicycles were available for us to use and we cycled pretty much every day to the beach, local 7-11, lunch and dinner out.

The apartment is cozy, comfortable, a good value, and exactly as described. It's a three-minute walk to the beach and there are small shops and convenience stores nearby for basic needs. There is a new, large smart TV and very comfortable king-sized bed. I came here for recovery and the host was amazingly kind and helpful, helping me set up delivery accounts to giving great advice to even picking things up for me when I was ill-disposed. The best host I've had yet. Thank you!

We were well received, her husband took us on a tour of his city. When we arrived, our host had left us several gifts. The house was spotless and tasteful.
