We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated house. Every corner reflects a thoughtful and personalized touch that made it feel more like a home than just a rental. The decor is charming, full of light, and very tastefully done — clearly curated with care and attention. It’s not only beautiful but also practical: everything was easy to use, well-organized, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming space, with personality and warmth! And walking distance from the beach and restaurants! Last but not least, a big thank you to Khun Rin for her welcoming and to Sylvain for his support and responsiveness!

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

It was such a peaceful resort, staff were helpful and always cheery and polite. Lee's apartment is quite large and overlooks the pool with a decent balcony and furniture, Lee had just installed a brand new sofa and fridge, ample appliances and more than enough cutlery etc for the two of us. Tea and coffee were supplied and some toiletries. We had an issue with poor signal from the resort wi-fi but Lee quickly arranged to have wi-fi installed in the apartment. There is a very large pool with hardly anyone else using it, which was like having your own pool. The resort has a small cafe on site with good local food and very well priced. Any query was answered by Lee very quickly, Lee was always prompt and helpful and a big thank you from us. Electricity and water is paid at the end of the stay and was well priced and very cheap compared with the UK, Readings were taken by resort staff and a photo copy given to us on check in. Great stay and Lee went out of his way to assist when we needed

Firstly, Frank’s communication is spot on, helpful and friendly. Secondly, the photos really don’t do this place justice. The accommodation is roomy which I don’t think comes across on the Airbnb ad. The complex accommodates full time residents of various nationalities and other holiday eras. It’s a very friendly place in a quiet spot close to a lot going on. The pool is really good and the garden really well maintained As others have mentioned, you really need transport to get about but so many restaurants/eating places nearby. Frank has employed a manager so any issues can be resolved easily. She lives on site and is very friendly.

Parvis was a very nice guy. Easy to find the place and check in, and also easy to check out. He had good local knowledge and tipsed us about a lot to do in Hua Hin. The place is not the most central in Hua Hin, but it was a quiet area and getting to the city centre was easy and cheap. Would definitely stay there again. The place was clean and tidy.

Great, relaxing stay. The house was wonderful and as described, and the staff were also very helpful. The house was very comfortable and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing to note is that the area is not walkable. We walked to the beach from the house, and one member of our group got bitten by a dog. We had vans for our large group the whole time we were there, but we enjoy walking and would not recommend it from this area.

I had the pleasure of staying here for two months during a workation. The location is fantastic and the accommodation is very comfortable. The shower is great, the bed is excellent, and there's a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The views of the mountains and reservoir are stunning. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here! I'll miss Turtle Nest and would love to return someday!

This place is awesome! The accommodations are VERY comfortable by budget traveler standards. Each room has a private balcony/porch with a lakefront view. There are two restaurants in the vicinity, one opens early, and the other stays open late. A great combination for hungry travelers! Take the opportunity to hop on Willy's Kite Cable attraction. It is very fun and worth it! Overall, Willy was a great host who was willing to help us a ton with planning the next leg of our trip and his local traveling insight was a big help!

We had such a lovely stay in Mattia's place. The Barn complex is set in a beautiful area of Hua Hin, surrounded by hills and a large pineapple plantation, yet still only a short drive to the best beaches. Mattia is a really responsive host, and replies quickly to any questions about the villa. He and his team also go above and beyond with great hospitality throughout the stay. For example, when hiring a barbeque from the Barn, we were asked if we wanted meats and seafood prepared, and the team came round to light the charcoal when we were ready. The villa itself was perfect for our family, and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, bathroom sundries etc. All the staff were really friendly, and nothing felt like it was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend for a hugely relaxing trip!

It was a nice and relaxing time in the accommodation. It is very clean and the place is nestled in a green landscape. I felt very comfortable there. What is also generally worth mentioning is that the area is far away from the nearest restaurants, supermarkets, etc., and there are also many large dogs on the beach. I can recommend the property and would stay there again.

Our stay with Bancha has been just perfect!! The villa looks exactly like the pictures and the housekeeper is very friendly and service minded. All in all, 10/10 experience.

Had some difficulty getting hold of the host when I was checking in. I got to Hua Hin quite late so that may have been a reason, but it worked out in the end. The woman who helped at the front desk was really nice & the room was clean & nice.

We stayed here for the second time. The place is conveniently located — everything is easy to reach: 7-Eleven, the beach, malls. The accommodation is well-equipped with everything you need for remote work, cooking, and cleaning. It's also very clean and cozy. The place is quiet — no screaming kids, loud music, or crazy parties. You're more likely to see some elderly people relaxing in the swimming pool or sitting on a chair with a beer. The owner is very friendly and caring. The same two pleasant security gentlemen who worked here two years ago are still here. They are very friendly too. I definitely recommend staying here.

Our family spent two nights at this property and we absolutely loved it. The space may seem small at first glance but it is very functional. This property is definitely not your typical one or two bedroom apartment. We loved the concept of containers beautifully stacked and connected to create the living space literally 20 feet from the ocean water during high tide. The Japanese breakfast was also a very pleasant surprise! Overall I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront gateway to try this place out. You won’t be disappointed!
