Absolutely recommended. The homeowners were incredibly nice, helpful, and always available. The house are beautiful and quiet. Everything you need can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Great cities by the sea all in about 30 minutes. So the perfect central place for different activities.

Our stay at Andrea's was really great! Andrea was very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know – from the best restaurants to beautiful beaches in the area. The location of the apartment in the small old town is perfect, very charming and quiet. The apartment itself was extremely clean, a big shout out to the cleaning lady who did a really great job. Our family found great place for a short break in Istria. The typical istrian house is located in a small village Peresiji, an excellent outpost for actively exploring Istria. The living/dining room is very spacious, whole appartment very clean and well maintained. The owner is an elder couple, very friendly, even gifting us with bottle of local wine. About 2 km away is the somewhat larger town of Svetvinčenat, hidden gem of Istria. Beautiful large castle surrounded by terraces, where you can eat and drink, for very reasonable prices. Hopefully we will come back here in the future.

We spent a week at the villa. The house is super nice and we felt very comfortable. The contact with Andrea was also very friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back.
