Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly what we needed—comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed for spending quality time together. Every space felt intentional, from the common areas where we gathered, to the quiet corners for relaxing. It was clear that a lot of care went into creating a space that truly feels like a home. We appreciated the attention to detail and how well it matched our preferences. The location was amazing offering the quiet street with a quick minute walk right to the shoreline! It gave us the perfect backdrop for a memorable trip. Thank you for hosting us!!

Pure paradise! Beautiful ocean views right from the lovely beach house! Everything we needed was provided even quarters for the pinball machines. Quiet relaxing section of Flagler Beach. Spectacular sunrises and a relaxing beach to enjoy long walks! The remodeled kitchen had upscale appliances and everything we needed! We look forward to returning this beach paradise!

A wonderful place right on the beach. A very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of pots and pans and some kitchen tools in the kitchen. The patio was really great and had a big firepit with adirondack chairs as well as a full size patio set with 4 chairs and umbrella as well as a small cafe set. There were tons of kiddie beach toys in the laundry room as well as a pair of beach chair-umbrella combos. Big fluffy beach towels too. Both bedrooms were large. Although it is right on the main road, A1A, all you could hear while in the house was the soothing sounds of the ocean. We arrived in the area 1 day early and stayed in a beachfront hotel i n Ormond for 1 night. A COMPLETELY different world. Brittany’s place is quiet, and on a very quiet part of the shore. On our morning beach walks there, we walked for 5-10 minutes before passing another beachgoer. (April). Truly peaceful. We come back to this area on business every 2 years. I hope Brittany’s beach house is available next time.

We loved staying at Joyce and Joe's apartment! We got there late at night, but their instructions were super easy to follow so we had no problems. When we needed beach towels, they were super quick to respond with recommendations of where to go and dropped some off for us! Very helpful! Overall the place felt even nicer than the pictures.
