Please note that this house is my primary residence. She saw my kids grow up. I put a lot of heart and especially a lot of energy into restoring it and I continue to maintain it as best I can. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 67 m2 space. You will enjoy the calm of the place near the Garonne, the castles and the vineyards of the Entre-deux-Mers. Ideally located 20 minutes from Bordeaux and 35 minutes from Mérignac Airport. Regarding pets, only small or medium-sized dogs are accepted. We no longer accept our feline friends due to bad experiences.

Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
