Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und nett: gute Aussicht, modernes Interior mit Vintage-Touch, praktisch eingerichtet, hat alles. Vielen Dank, dass wir kommen durften. Liebe Grüsse

We had a really nice time at Irene's place. The apartment is directly at the sea, but also within a short walking distance to the central bus station. The old town can also be reached via a nice walk along the beach and promenade. The furnishings are simple, but everything you need is there. The bed is very comfy and the sleeping couch is also very usable. Check-in was very easy and flexible. We were here in the winter. But we had no problem getting the apartment warm with the climate control. There were two very nice and friendly cats that visited us from time to time.

Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben. Das Einzige, was verwunderlich war, dass es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser gab. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, dadurch, dass kein Haus mehr vor diesem steht, hat man einen perfekten Blick auf das Karinmeer. Leider ist jetzt der Weg vor dem Haus verlängert worden, so dass es nicht mehr ganz so ruhig ist, wie erhofft. Auch wurde der Strand auf der linken Seite jetzt mit Kies aufgefüllt, so dass die Natürlichkeit leider verloren gegangen ist. Aber das hat man in Kroatien jetzt leider so oft. Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit super Lage.

Sehr sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie ,immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Tolles Apartment wie beschrieben, alles was braucht um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen, ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Klimaanlage dank Parterre Lage und Nordwest Ausrichtung nicht erforderlich. Sonnenuntergang auf der großzügigen überdachtenTerrasse . Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

If you like watching sunsets by the ocean, having a backyard all to yourself and living in a peaceful and quiet area, this is the BEST place! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my friends. The host was very responsive to any requests we had. The Old Town is not too far away from the place and you can always book an Uber if you're not driving. The Wifi can be a bit slow if everybody uses it at once but it also means that everybody could actually spend time together instead of being on our phones all the time! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Zadar!

Spazioso appartamento dotato di un bel terrazzo da utilizzare nelle belle giornate, bella vista sulla costa. Josip è stato un host disponibile per ogni necessità e molto reattivo. Consigliatissimo per esplorare quella parte di Croazia lontana dal turismo di massa, allo stesso tempo la casa è a 20 minuti da Zara.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco ed i due bagni sono muovi. La cucina è fornita di tutto quanto è necessario. L'appartamento ha un accesso privato al mare e vengono forniti anche i lettini per il mare. C'è un bel terrazzo con un tavolo e le sedie per mangiare fuori. Il mare è bellissimo. La posizione è molto tranquilla, forse l'unico problema è la distanza dai paesi, i supermercati più vicini sono a più di 20 minuti di automobile. Il papà di Anna è stato sempre gentilissimo con noi e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Esperienza molto bella.

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Loved this villa. Cannot find fault in the villa or the host. Went above and beyond with the little extras - wine, bowl of fruit, dressing gowns for each guest and recommendations, particularly as we didn’t hire a car and were slightly out of season, so was such a personalised service. Was also flexible with check in/out. The location is lovely albeit remote, but felt like a private beach/sea access. The host has catered perfectly for the villa, area, location with amenities in the villa- bikes, paddle board, games, tv, little goals, pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is so well equipped too. The host Lidija Responds to messages quick and efficiently and checks in from time to time to check all ok and if can assist further. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good size and modern. Beds are so comfy. There’s even a pool man to clean and maintain the pool and jacuzzi twice per week. We were a family of 5 of mixed ages and all had the best time and really want to return.

Très bonne prestation et emplacement idéal, cependant un renouvellement de la literie serait à envisager ( nous sentions les ressorts du matelas) pour le reste linge de lit et propreté rien à redire , je recommande

We had a wonderful time in Ljubac, I’d definitely recommend it. The hosting family was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It was so good to have a pool and a Jacuzzi, the kids loved it too, jumping into the pool the whole time and it really felt very luxurious in a quiet area with great views on the nearby beach and the mountains in the background. We had the ground floor apartment which has 3 bedrooms and a very spacious living room with dining and kitchen together. There are 2 pull-out couches in the living room to sleep on also. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an air-conditioning, as the weather was very hot when we were there in August. There’s a small shop nearby in walking distance (10 mins) where you can buy essentials and in the nearby small harbour (7 min walk) at the beach bar we got very nice coffees.

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The host was welcoming us personally and told us all we needed to know. There were even drinks in the fridge. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for 8 persons. If there are questions, the host is more than willing to answer and help us. The swimming pool is very clean and cool and a musthave with such pretty warm temperatures outside. We would definitely recommend this place to you! This may have been our favorite vacation home to date! The home had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 tweens to spend time together and apart. It was less than a minute walk to the beach and in walking distance to the downtown area. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive, and even stopped by to clean the pool halfway into our stay. The weather was a bit finicky (springtime weather), but we were able to still relax in the hot tub and on the roof deck. If planning a spring trip, just know that it is the off-season so many restaurants were closed. However, there were a lot of grocery options nearby (in walking and driving distance). We would be thrilled to come back!!!!

Unser Familienurlaub war perfekt. Alles war genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Ausstattung im Haus hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war wirklich sehr sauber. Die Lage war ruhig und es waren wirklich nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Meer. Der Pool wurde früh morgens mehrfach gereinigt. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt wurde neue Bettwäsche angeboten. Ersatzhandtücher lagen im Schrank. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es im Ort. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir 15 min gefahren um alles zu besorgen. Auch nette Restaurants sind im Ort vorhanden - Super. Der Kontakt mit Tomislav sowie mit Marta vor Ort verlief reibungslos. Marta war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns Tipps ! Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft reinstem Herzen empfehlen, es war wirklich traumhaft.

Marija und ihr Bruder Frane waren sehr großartige Gastgeber, mit denen man schnell kommunizieren konnte. Das moderne Haus ist in zwei getrennte Wohnungen eingeteilt, welche sogut wie identisch aufgebaut sind (die untere Wohnung hat noch zusätzlich ein separates Klo) Der Pool mit etwas Salzwasser und den eingebauten Whirlpooldüsen ist ein absolutes Highlight und war auch in den kälteren Abendstunden angenehm warm. Insgesamt war das gesamte Grundstück und Haus sehr sauber und großräumig, was den Aufenthalt einer größeren Gruppe sehr angenehm macht. Bis nach Zadar fährt man ca. 20-25 Minuten, allerdings gibts auch relativ nah innerhalb kurzer Fahrtzeit einige gute und leckere Restaurants.

das haus liegt ein paar meter über dem meer, gerade in der richtigen distanz, um das meer voll zu genießen, aber abseits der sehr sympatischen, öffentlichen standpromenade zu sein. die terrasse ist windgeschützt, sodass man auch an windigen tagen den meerblick voll geniessen kann. die eiche im garten vervollständigt den malerischen meer-anblick. eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte unterkunft.

Za sve domaćine samo riječi hvale! Smještaj je kao i u opisu. Idealno za obitelji sa malom djecom jer je kućica na samoj plaži, odmah pokraj kućice parking i super restoran sa prihvatljivim cijenama. Svakako za preporučiti svima, a mi se nadamo doći opet

We have been here the second year in a row. It was as great as last year!! The house is in a remote location with no neighbours within 500m but direct access to the sea. Very calm and peaceful. The house is great for a family of four. Maja and her sister are friendly and very helpful hosts. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a calm surronding, we highly recommend the house (again)!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub, die Lage des Grundstücks mit den beiden Mobilheimen ist großartig. Vlado und Sanda sind jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Es kam täglich ein Obst/ Gemüse Händler und ein Eiswagen vorbei, das war praktisch weil es kein Geschäft in der Nähe gibt. Wer das Meer und die Natur liebt ist hier goldrichtig.

Beautiful new apartment in Mandre. Lively at day time, but really quiet at night. Perfect place to have some relaxing time. The restaurant below the apartment had really good food.

Lovely host & apartment with a stunning view of the sea. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and the private beach offers enough space. We had a great time despite the partly rainy fall weather 😁

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer mit einem Steg auf dem man sich super hinlegen und direkt ins Meer springen kann. Es ist ein großes Haus mit allen wichtigen Sachen inklusive. Man kann tagsüber gut im Haus lautstark Spaß haben. Das einzige richtige Manko war, dass weder einen Bäcker noch einen Supermarkt in der Nähe gab. Diese erreicht man nur per Uber/Bolt und muss mit ca 6€ Zusatzkosten pro Fahrt rechnen. Domagoj war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Sachen schnell geholfen (Lampe montieren). Je nachdem wie die Lautstärke ab 23 Uhr ist, erhält man eventuell 1-2 Nachrichten.
