Great place! Host very friendly with lots of local recommendations. Owner has coffee shop downstairs which is convenient, also some bike rentals and scooters for $ which is nice although we didn’t book this time. Grocery store and bakery across street. Quiet area with few restaurants nearby for relaxing stay - gorgeous views from the rooftop unit and nice hottub as a bonus! Also a gym downstairs for those that like a workout. Very very clean and nicely put together- highly recommended! We had a vehicle and parking also available in the back.

We had a great stay, the location and the accommodation are excellent. The property was clean and the communal areas such as the pool and outdoor kitchen were also at a high standard. It was very peaceful and the beach is a short walk away. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The place was great, clean, and fully equipped for everyday needs, and much more. Since we arrived early, because we were traveling with a grandmother allowed us to wait by the pool, we were taken to the reptile and prepared an apartment, which was very nice. We had the opportunity to walk on 3 different reptiles where we were mostly alone or macimalne 10 people and most of it was great. The missing store in the village was not a problem. There were big groceries within 30 minutes by car and a grocery car went to the village every day. The host notified us about everything, and we even got tips on where to go or shop. The place was great to relax, relax, and even with a little grandmother it was a very pleasant vacation. A really beautiful place and a great host.

We had a great stay here! Wonderful location right in the old town and a lovely apartment with everything you need! We were 4 adults and fit comfortably using the sofa bed :) would definitely recommend.

Very cosy stay at Gordana’s studio, couldn’t have made a better choice. The studio was spotlessly clean, bright, pretty and confortable, same as on pictures. Very quiet area, nice view on the sea from the bedroom and the living room. The beach is 20 meters away, old town 15 minutes along a nice walk under pine trees beside the sea and very easy access from the main bus station of Zadar in 10 minutes walk. Would definitely come back ! Thanks for everything Gordana, you made my stay very nice considering the storm and rainy days !

We had a fantastic time in the loft. The place is well equipped. It has a perfect location to explore the city on foot and also reach the sea. The four of us felt very comfortable and can only recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in Poljana. It is very quiet location for relaxing and if you like to explore you have also the chance to see beatiful places on Island. All you need: beach, shop and restaurant is only few min. away from house. Nina's Mom is nice als friendly , you feel welcome. We are enjoying a creative, functional and stylish interior design from apartment. We are hope to come back soon.

Very cozy small apartment with all the necessities available. Has two fairly spacious bedrooms, and a balcony with sunbathing and large table. Possible to park in front, then about 30 minutes walk to get to the city center
