There are near the house beautiful, natural beaches (approx. 250 m). There is in front of the house a large parking. Nearest small shop is located 10 minutes walking from the house, large stores are located in the center of the town of Pag. Center of the town is a 20 minute walk where there are cafes, restaurants and other tourist offer.

Our apartment is settled in a great location, on a seafront, only 50 meters from the beach. Town center is a minute walk. This is a one bedroom apartment with living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and big terrace. Interior space has a total of 44 square meters, with 20 square meters of terrace. In the bedroom, we have a double bed of 180 cm width and a single bed. There's a sofa bed in the living room where two can sleep, if necessary. Equipped with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv.

The price includes private parking, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.

Our Sunset Oasis apartment is located in the small village of Prizna on the Kvarner Bay. The apartment is located on the first line of the Adriatic Sea. The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.
