Very nice and quiet location while also being quite near to the town. The host was wondeful and always responsive. Definitely would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment, it was in a great location and was a really family-friendly place. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood a short bus ride away from Venice with lots of amenities close by including a supermarket, pharmacy and breakfast/coffee places. Andrea’s local recommendations and guide book were super helpful and we really appreciated his fast responses to messages. We were travelling with our 18-month old and the apartment had plenty of space for her to play. A decent sized cot, bedding and high chair were all provided which was great. We also really appreciated having somewhere to store our luggage after we checked out before our flight. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious with plenty of storage. Would 100% stay again, thank you Andrea!

We loved our stay at Luca’s place. The area is well located and the views of the canal are really nice. Luca was on time to meet with us and super responsive to our questions. To note - that there are 3 flight of stairs to get to the apartment…perfect to digest the great Italian food!

This place was excellent for our needs. We came back from a roadtrip and needed a place where we could easily visit Venice and get to the airport on the morning. This place had an easy access to Venice with bus and so close to the airport that we walked there. The place was clean and had enough room for four adults. Both bedrooms had AC and the apartment was quiet so we slept well. Barbara met us at the apartment and was very helpful with showing where to get bus tickets and the bus to Venice. She also sent us instructions in advance on how to get exempt from admission fee to Venice.

We loved our stay at Lisa's. She was very responsive and helpful. The place was located in a quiet area near the famous sights. It was a great place for our 2 families. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in the apartment! It’s beautiful, clean, quiet and convenient. The private water gate and water taxi service to and from the airport that the hosts arranged for us was fast and flawless. We walked to San Marco everyday and once to the Saint Lucia train station easily from the apartment. Good restaurants, grocery options and shopping are walkable and right in Cannaregio. You won’t regret staying in this lovely apartment and working with the amazing hosts.

Very comfortable home in a strategic area in Venice. The apartment is located in a nice and peaceful area, but at the same time it takes only 10 minutes walking to get to Rialto Bridge. A special mention to the host: friendly and very helpful not only for the check-in but also during the whole stay. Absolutely recommended!

Great location and easy to get to if you are coming from the train or by car. It is close to everything.

We had a lovely stay at Edoardo’s apartment. It was a 20 minute walk from the train station on arrival then we just used the bus service in to Venice daily which was only a 7 minute walk away. Easy to buy tickets from the tabacchi at the bus stop. All of this information was communicated clearly in information sent to us by Edoardo prior to our visit. We had everything we needed at the apartment.

The host gave clear and convenient instructions in advance. Was very nice and pleasant to communicate with. This place is great, the location is great. We received only positive emotions from the accommodation, stays, and amenities. It is in a good location, the house itself is in a very quiet street where there is not too much noise, but very close to a busy street. There is self check-in.

Paolo was very proactive in ensuring we made it safely from the train station to the apartment. So thankful for his instructions. His assistant met us to be sure we didn’t get lost. Location is on the very outer edge of the island so it was extremely convenient to get to the water taxi to Murano, other stops around the island, and back to the train station. It’s a longer walk to the Grand Canal and where most of the bustling crowds are, but also made for a very quiet stay in Venice, which was nice. Restaurants are nearby and convenient.

We had the best stay at Anna/Elena’s apartment in Venice. The air bnb was perfectly situated so close to the main sights but also quiet enough that you could escape the busy tourist hot spots. The space its self was lovely, clean and met our needs well. Elena was amazing. She met us right off our boat from the airport and all her recommendations and tips were super helpful. All in all we had a fab time and would recommend this Air BnB to anyone traveling to Venice. Thank you!x

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable apartment which has a fantastic location, quiet and relaxing space, but very convenient for cafes, shops, restaurants, transport and exploring Venice. The rooftop terrace is a big plus, and we enjoyed a warm welcome from Nicoletta

Mario's place is a true gem in Venice. The place is quirky and artsy but not in a cluttered way - it feels homely, cosy and uplifting, a perfect oasis amidst the busy tourist-filled streets. The apartment was very clean, tidy and had everything we could need during our stay. The host and his team were proactive and gave us clear and very helpful information about the apartment, the city and even parking options, which made our arrival as smooth as could be. Jacopo was an absolute rockstar and went above and beyond, giving us lots of recommendations and answering all of our questions, and the personal touch made all the difference. Absolutely stellar service from a team offering amazing accommodation. Can't recommend it enough! Grazie mille!!!

I stayed while sightseeing in Venice.The bus stop was close and convenient for getting to Venice Island.The room was spacious and clean, and it was easy to contact the host and we had a pleasant time.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mestre! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great visit. What I loved the most was how convenient it was to get to Venice — the bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride took less than 20 minutes to reach the heart of Venice. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, with PAM market in 5 min walking, making it easy to grab a meal or essentials without having to go far. The host was incredibly welcoming. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient place near Venice but want to avoid the high costs of staying in the city, this is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

The apartment was perfect for our family. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The wifi worked well. It could use some more lighting throughout the house. I would definitely stay here again. If you want to be near it all, stay on the other side of the grand canal. If you want to be in a quieter place, this was perfect.
