What a great place! Luana met us when we arrived and gave us the rundown and some key points of the area. Close to grocery and transit. Super easy to get to downtown venice, like a 5min walk and 2 train stop! The place was big and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Alex is a truly wonderful host. I stayed in her apartment in Mestre for three months while working at the university in Venice and she was friendly, welcoming, and kind. The apartment is lovely and cozy; perfectly situated in a walkable neighborhood right next to public transportation and a super market. To get into Venice, you only need to take the tram 1 which comes every 20 minutes or so and after having stayed in Venice proper multiple times, I found I preferred the quiet and getting away from the crowds. I cannot recommend Alex's place enough and I will be staying with her again when I return for work.

My son and I had a great 5 nights at Shenzhi’s apartment. The apartment was very tastefully furnished, cozy and clean. And very spacious too! It’s close to the bus stop with a bus that gets you into Venice in 15mins. Also walkable to the Mestre station which worked well for our day trips to Treviso and Padova. Also well served by a few supermarkets. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get away from the frenzy in the main tourist area but yet not too far from it. Thanks again, Shenzhi. Hope to visit again :)

We stayed at this hotel in 6 and had a great time! The location is simply perfect: a stone's throw from the station, which allows you to reach Venice in a few minutes, without stress and without having to take the car. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped, ideal for a relaxing stay after a day exploring the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nearby there are several options for eating, including pizzerias, bars and restaurants, making the stay even more comfortable. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the proximity to Venice. We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit the city without giving up comfort and a pleasant stay!

Excellent Hosts! Lovely property and amazing location. Suitable for families and secure free car park is cherry on top! Fuel/Supermarket and Restaurants are very close by! Venice airport is 25 mins drive.

Very nice apartment, in a quiet location and with various bars and restaurants nearby. Check-in was very easy and very well explained with video. Parking in the garage below the house. The only important thing to know is that if you have electronic equipment (such as laptops, etc.) with a charger or power supply with a SCHUKO plug, bring some adapters as the apartment's plugs are not compatible with SCHUKO plugs. Otherwise everything is fine, we'll be happy to come back!

Mo was a fabulous host, he made the check in process very easy and responded quickly to messages. The condo was exactly as we expected - very clean and spacious for what we needed as a couple. The location was very handy - an easy walk from the train station and a quick walk to hop on a bus that takes you directly to Venezia.

andrea's apartment is very large, bright, spacious and in a great location. It's very technological and there are all the amenities you need. Both the check-in via the app as well as the opening and closing of the door were very simple and intuitive. Andrea is a great host, he responds immediately and always has the best solution ready for you. When we return to Venice and its surroundings, we will definitely come back to him. Meanwhile, I suggest Casa Milena to anyone! Beautiful experience!

Everything is very clean, excellent linen and a very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary accessories, quality wi-fi, excellent veranda, very close to the center. The apartment is great, large, well located. The neighborhood is calm, beautiful, there is a park near the building, there are lots of ways to get to the main station and to the islands. Valerio was extremely helpful since the beginning, giving clear instructions, answering quickly, always gentle. We loved our stay!

We were welcomed as family. The apartment is impeccable, with everything you need to make good Italian dishes. We were also able to enjoy the large swimming pool. We were just over an hour by train + car from Venice which we visited. It's beautiful.

Super nice place to stay on an impressive terrain. The apartment was beautiful and very suitable for 4 people. It was very clean and everything you needed was there. The windows are provided with screens that are useful. A great pool, excellent wine in the winery, a good bakery across the street and a butcher next door complete the holiday feeling.

Wonderful place for a family to stay, especially a big one. The apartment is equipped with all amenities for the most comfortable stay. Great beds, two bathrooms , perfectly equipped kitchen , washing machine , fridge. Each bedroom has access to a large balcony. A large living room where you can run around and have dinner. The host is very nice and friendly. Responds to messages very quickly . We will definitely come back to this place.

Gianni and Alberto are great hosts. Their home was just perfect for our family. They welcomed us very warmly and Gianni’s wife made the most delicious apple pie. The house was extremely clean, and my baby enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We also enjoyed the yard. They are truly a great family, and we felt right at home. We were so comfortable and loved staying there. We enjoyed every moment and already miss it so much. They went above and beyond for us. They even took my mom around in their car to show her the area. I would absolutely stay at Gianni’s place if I ever go back. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a fantastic stay at this facility! The house was impeccable, clean and well cared for in every detail. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. The extra services offered were a real plus that enriched our experience. It would have been nice to have the outdoor pool too, but unfortunately, the summer period started a little late, so the pool was not yet available in March. In addition, a few steps from the house there is a super organized wine bar, with a wide choice of cocktails and excellent dishes. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.
