Cinzia's apartment perfectly matches the description. Easy to reach (5min walk from Park Unione parking), in the historic center of Chioggia. Clean and tidy apartment. Cinzia is extremely helpful and punctual both in her responses and at the check-in appointment. Super recommended location and landlord.

We had a lovely stay at Edoardo’s apartment. It was a 20 minute walk from the train station on arrival then we just used the bus service in to Venice daily which was only a 7 minute walk away. Easy to buy tickets from the tabacchi at the bus stop. All of this information was communicated clearly in information sent to us by Edoardo prior to our visit. We had everything we needed at the apartment.

We stayed at Davide's place for 2 nights. Davide kept us informed before our arrival and he quickly answered our questions. Upon meeting him, he was really friendly and respectful. The apartment has everything you need and everything worked as intended. A spacious main bedroom, nice and fully stocked kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. Some things can be improved upon, especially the decor, but that didn't affect our stay. The area is fine: easy to get to Venice, many supermarkets near the apartment, close to the railway. But the way it's constructed, it can be a bit noisy (you can hear the neighbors). All in all, I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for an affordable, spacious and functional apartment in Mestre.

Our stay at Giuliana's Airbnb was fantastic! Giuliana was an exceptional host— incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our every need was met. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything a large family group could need, making it perfect for us. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from both Treviso and Venice. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice—this place is even better in person! We would definitely recommend it and hope to return!

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is very nice and clean. The neighbourhood is very quiet,safe and nice. The public transport is very close and takes 25-30 minutes to get Venice centre. Our stay at Orlando was perfect!! The apartment is bright, spacious, very clean and the location optimal! Orlando welcomed us very warmly and said goodbye! His tips regarding excursions and restaurants were very useful. We will be happy to come back!!

Stefano and his wife are very kind. The house served us very well, the kitchen is great for cooking. The house has everything you need, the only exception was Wi-Fi, which didn't work very well.

House simply wonderful - well-equipped and beautifully designed, with great taste in every detail and a truly homey feeling throughout. Surroundings calm and peaceful, yet public transport just a short walk away (less than five minutes). The ideal balance: serenity at home, and the whole of Venice within easy reach (only 20 minutes by tram). Truly the best way to discover Venice!

Review by my daughter (11 years old): When we arrived, we got kindly greeted and quickly shown to the apartment. As soon as we entered, everything was clean and noticeably well cared for. The owner made it clear that if we needed anything we could simply send him a text and he would do his best to deliver what we needed. The location was also very peaceful and quiet so you will have no problem in having a good nights rest. The apartment and stay was overall very pleasant and I would definitely recommend if you want to have a good time in Venice. It's close to the train station.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Venice Mestre train station, which is very convenient for reaching the historic center of Venice quickly. It is very quiet and clean, with great value. Paolo gives very detailed instructions on how to access the accommodation and lots of recommendations. We recommend it!
