Comfortable attic near the ski slopes of San Vito, Cortina is a 15-minute drive away. Apartment consisting of an entrance hall, kitchenette, closet, living room, bathroom with tub/shower, double bedroom and small bedroom with two beds, large terrace. The attic is on the second floor, there are 4 flights of stairs that are not long.

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.
