For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. My place is close to beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, family activities in the Kral Ladin recreation center where in the winter there is a beautiful skating stadium, 3Zinnen dolomiten ski area 5 minutes (by car) from the apartment, various ethnographic museums. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, outdoor spaces, light, neighborhood, and people. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Casa Sabry: Tre Cime, UNESCO Dolomites for families

Spacious apartment in Gera, Val Comelico, overlooking the Tre Terze and the Popera group. It offers 2 double bedrooms with an additional single bed, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove, and a full kitchen. A few minutes from Tre Cime di Lavaredo (UNESCO), paths of the Great War, ski facilities of Sappada, Padola and Sesto, saunas and swimming pools of Sesto and San Candido, and Lake Braies. Perfect for families and nature lovers.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Typical mountain house, centrally located a few hundred meters from the main square of Auronzo di Cadore and next to all services (shops, church, museum, public transport) but, at the same time, in an isolated position at the edge of a forest of centuries-old fir trees. Set on a raised hill, it dominates the whole town and enjoys an excellent view of Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the most famous peaks of Sesto Dolomites that surround the town.
