We had a lovely stay at Kate’s place we felt really at home there was everything we needed for our stay here. It was clean and comfy and a great home.

This is my second visit to his condo. On my first visit, I felt that Nick was a very kind and attentive host. So, I didn't hesitate at all when choosing Nick's condo for my second visit to Chiang Mai. Rather, I was very relieved to stay at his condo, so I was glad. He kept in touch with me if he was still kind and attentive. If my family ever visits Chiang Mai again, I look forward to staying at Nick's condo then.

We really loved our stay here. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. And our one-year-old had such a blast in the swimming pool. We loved the tamarind fruits falling from the trees and they have become my son’s favorite snack. It’s true the when we first heard the fruits falling in the roof, it startled us a little but later on we fell in love with the sounds. It gives the house life and special energy. And we really enjoyed the company of the lovely family of the housekeeper and their two cats. The sweetest ever. I would strongly recommend family and friends to stay here and maybe for a longer time. We stayed over a week and were sad to leave.

Thinnakorn was extremely responsive and also flexible when I needed it. I was in Chiang Mai due to medical reasons, and he was very accommodating. The apartment is just as it appears in the photo.
