We had a very comfortable stay and it had all the amenities we needed. My sister loved the softness of the bed in the smaller room while I found the hot and cold shower system to be efficient. There’s a co-working space and a gym to use. Having a 7-11 across the condo was also bonus. The host was very responsive and addressed concerns promptly. They even provided bottles of water and some coffee capsules which we really appreciated. Overall, it was better than booking a 5 star hotel room for me. Great value for money.

From start to finish our stay was spectacular at Charles' place. The apartment is a good size with ample space for storing belongings, cooking in the kitchen, and lounging. Comfort is optimum with great beds, hot water with good pressure, and robes and slippers provided. The area is very walkable with good restaurants, coffee shops, temples, and the night markets close by. The best part, is definitely Charles himself, who has set up amazing opportunities for his guests. He set us up with cooking classes, a temple tour, an elephant experience, and a driver for a day excursion to Inthanon. We also had an amazing dining experience with Charles at a local 5 star restaurant. Did I mention that he chauffeurs his guests to and from the airport? His care for his guests truly made our stay interesting, fun, and stress free. We will return.

Huge swimming pool. Near 711. Coffee shop. 2 min walk to the biggest mall in Chiang Mai. Beautiful environment.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was exactly as described, clean and cozy.The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest after a long day. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in.The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local shops. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay. The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again!

I loved staying here! First, I have to say how wonderfully accommodating the host was, as I got in very early before check in and I wasn’t feeling well, she let me rest in another airbnb of hers until my room was ready! The actual airbnb was perfect— beautiful workspace deck, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the deck is really nice too. I actually wasn’t feeling well for almost my entire stay, so I ended up spending most of my time at the apartment and I couldn’t have asked for a more cozy and rejuvenating space! Definitely recommend!

I stayed for 12 nights and it was a really perfect place to stay. This is my fourth visit to Chiang Mai, and I've stayed at Heal Side Condo 4, but this place was much more lively and had a better atmosphere. It was a very spacious place to stay alone, and it was especially convenient because there was a washing machine indoors. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby, and there was a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so it was the best. If you use a lot of towels, it would be better to take extra towels with you (Thai towels are a little powdery, so please note this), and since it's an old building, a shower filter is a must. In my case, the filter was clogged after about two days. I was able to stay relaxed until the end because you allowed me to check out late. I'll come again!

I had a cozy stay at Phoomanee’s place. It’s in a great location, close to the mall and lots of yummy cafes and restaurants nearby. Slightly smaller than it looks in the photos but the balcony is excellent! Would highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at Jaeb’s place. The Astra Sky River has excellent facilities including the pool and gym. Although lots of apartments, the lifts were extremely efficient and we never had to wait long. We stayed a month in Jaeb’s apartment and it was perfect. The position on the corner is really good and we did not encounter any noise throughout our stay and slept really well. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay, is extremely clean and comfortable. Jaeb is a great host and always responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. We were offered extra complimentary cleaning throughout our month stay. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed at Chayakarn's apartment for a month. We loved the apartment, there was everything you needed. Overall, the entire residential complex was very nice. The proximity to the center was also great! With a Bolt, you can also get to town quickly. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

I stayed for nearly 2 months and everything went great. The flat is spacious and has all the basics (except for shower gel or washing up liquid), hot water with a strong shower head and a strong AC. The door lock with keypad is very convenient. There are washing machines at the main entrance for only 20 baht. And the wifi worked perfectly during my whole stay. The location is perfect if you like the Nimman area, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. And Jayden was super nice, checking if I needed anything. The only drawback might be the car noises, but being on the 11th floor and with the doors closed it wasn't too bad. I got used to it in a couple of days and slept well. Also, ants can come so just keep everything in the fridge then there's less. Overall, I really liked my stay here, I can definitely recommend Jayden's place.

We were very satisfied here. To get into the room, you climb 3 floors up, partly through the utility rooms of the Mandala Center. The stairs end in a large hallway. This is the lounge. You can't lock it here. Here is the TV and the fridge. From there you can also get to a clean bathroom. The bedroom is also entered from here, it has a normal lock and you can lock it. Both air conditioners worked. We found no remote control for the TV. There was always fresh water and often fresh fruit in the fridge. Thanks. We were satisfied.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bingyu’s apartment in the Astra Sky River complex! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Bingyu, and we were very impressed by how clean and new the apartment was. Everything was in perfect condition, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool: the views over Chiang Mai are breathtaking, and it’s the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The building’s facilities are top-notch, with everything you need for a great stay. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Whether you're looking for local street food or other cuisine, there are great options nearby. We absolutely loved our time here and would gladly come back to stay again when we visit Chiang Mai in the future. Highly recommended!

It felt like home! The apartment was super clean and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even the air purifier. The location is just perfect. And the big advantage is that the apartment is not hot because direct sunlight doesn’t reach the room. Yes, you can hear the planes but it didn’t bother me at all. The communication was friendly, quick and helpful. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Chiang Mai!

Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

The room was clean and had all the facilities. Very happy with the washing machine, the air conditioning worked very well! Furthermore, nice room and good contact with the host. She is very customer-friendly, quick to respond and comes with all the tips on what to do nearby. Pool was great with a beautiful view and the gym is very good for hotel terms!

I was satisfied enough to give it 6 stars:) They responded with kindness and promptness in every process from check-in to check-out, and the accommodation was clean and exactly the same as the photos. The bed was cozy and fluffy, and the bedding was clean and smelled good. The accommodation smelled good from❤️ the moment I checked in!! The location requirements were good, so I was able to have a good time in the downtown area. The fridge in the accommodation was efficient, so I was able to drink plenty of really cool water and beer, and the host prepared plenty of extra bottled water and daily necessities. There was no inconvenience with the WiFi connection, and everything was perfect. The space was spacious, so there was no inconvenience for two people to stay. Cleaning tools were also prepared, so I was able to maintain cleanliness, and there was no inconvenience at all as laundry detergent and kitchen utensils were sufficiently provided. It was so cozy and comfortable that I wanted to extend it, but I was disappointed that I couldn't extend it because I had a reservation afterwards. I made happy memories. I definitely plan to stop by again next time I come to Chiang Mai. I'll have to book at least three weeks in advance this time. I'll see you again next time.🙏💕
