I really loved staying here. Felt just like home, with welcoming hosts next door. Everything is set up to stay long-term. The neighbourhood is very quiet, wonderful sounds of crickets and birds, like being in nature but only 10/15mins from old city. Easy to get a grab bike/taxi, but even easier to hire a scooter, which can be delivered and picked-up charge free . Highly recommended

Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

One of the most unique Airbnbs we have ever stayed in - such a cool property! It is actually much larger inside than we expected. The elevated deck was perfect in the evenings. Many restaurants, temples, etc very close by - everything is walkable but you’re tucked back in a side road with no traffic. We would definitely stay again - we felt right at home in this clean and private home.

Had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The entire team that manages the property was so responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. There were plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool and lawn area were great with kids! The only note I would make is that I felt either a car or motorbike was absolutely necessary. There is a 7-eleven, pharmacy, and restaurant somewhat nearby, but the road is narrow and no sidewalk with the cars zooming by. It was doable but not encouraging for an everyday walk, especially if the weather wasn’t cooperating.

Very happy five nights. Very quiet. Very clean house. Very large. Suitable for two or three families to play together. There are clean towels and water every day. There is also a housekeeper who cleans every day.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

There were three of us in the AirBnb. There were two bedrooms, one of them without windows but with a frosted glass door to the living/dining area. The property was clean and tidy. The pool was definitely an absolute highlight and you could swim there with a great view both in daylight and in the dark. Communication was very good, we noticed after checking out that we forgot something and had it again within a very short time after we made contact. However, you always have to go to most sights (e.g. old town, white market, etc.) by taxi or rickshaw, as the accommodation is not directly in the center. Otherwise, there is a café next to the accommodation with delicious coffee and a 7eleven directly opposite. We will be happy to come back. :)

If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, this is the place to stay! Very close to the old town and everything within walking distance. Very helpful and responsive host.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. The condo is comfortable and quiet, in a great building. A little off the beaten path, but walking distance from the night market. Natasa is a good host

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

Everything was perfect! A gorgeous view of the mountains which the sun set behind in the evening, and very secluded area meaning very peaceful and quiet. The location is absolutely adorable with coffee shops, markets, and shops. Lin is super friendly and communicative and she had great recommendations for chiang mai and instructions on check in and how to use the facilities in the apartment. I also cant believe the kindness that we got when we opened the refrigerator to a number of free waters, fizzy drinks, coffee pods for a coffee machine, tea, and snacks! We really wanted to stay longer but someone booked the room so we moved to another of Lin’s and are currently there now. Will review there at the end of our stay ☺️ overall great place to stay, highly recommend, we felt at home 🥰

Great host, great location and great stay overall! The condo itself is not brand new, but the place is clean and cozy. 2 TVs, 2ACs, a desk with an amazing office chair, nice kitchen - i loved it :)
