Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Pa Daet Sub-district

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

A gem! As an architect I loved the design of the house. You can see the creative energy the owners put into this project. I highly recommend it. Second floor offers full privacy. First floor is a bit more open towards the street, but I liked it as you get to feel the vibe of the neighborhood. Perfect for 2-4 people.

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

This place is a gem. From the absolutely stunning house and surroundings, to the absolutely outstanding service provides by Aon and the fast answer of the owner, Oom. To me this property has opened my eyes from renting just to sleep to renting to experience a place. The place is silent, exceptionally from the noise of the nature, the beds are comfortable, and everywhere you look at is beautiful and well thought. The swimming pool is comfortable. Some recommendations: rent a car to go there, or have scooter’s delivered there. I highly suggest to order Aon food. Although the price tag is a bit higher than some restaurant in chiang Mai, It’s freshly made,delicious and the size of each portion is consequent. She also adapted to our demands and cleaned everything making it a private chef experience. Outstanding.

I would never regret staying at Pia's place during my vacation! Pia is such a caring host, always responding promptly. What I liked the most about the place was that the place is spacious and has seperated rooms. The interior is unique and cool, same as the posted pictures. I was a bit worried that there might be lots of mosquitoes / bugs at first. But the repellants are prepared, so no need to worry in my opinion. The house is also conveniently located, takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the Tha Phae Gate. (( also a very nice book cafe near the house )) I enjoyed my trip so much thanks to a great host and her lovely place! I highly recommend this place for a family trip.

It’s such a unique experience staying at this mountain-view “camping-vibe” dome room/house. The host was very responsive, kind, and friendly to us. The view was amazing, I had not only a great time there also a memorable getaway trip outside of Chiang Mai city. It would be much better if there were clearer guidance or more accurate address in English/Thai of this location. The grab ride was like 850b one way to get there or back to Nimman. Love this place!!!

The property is great one and worth the money but what made our experience much better was the host. She was a very friendly, helpful, and cared person. She even went beyond her duty and picked us up from the airport just to get to her property faster. Thanks Jaifah for the great hospitality and I recommend this place to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

our villa that we were originally supposed to stay in was damaged in the earthquake. the host was very kind to find us an alternative place to stay for my family of 18 adults. the villa was amazing, with spacious rooms and amenities. villa is situated in a nice neighborhood with no road noise. the host communicated very well with us in all the help we needed. overall an amazing villa!

We had a great time in the house, the pool was clean and comfortable, the master bedroom was just gorgeous. I recommend it!

Great place especially for the price, really nice spot to end our travels

Clean and tidy. Although it is a certain distance from the ancient city, it is very convenient. The entrance of the village is about 5 minutes walk away. The food and beverage supermarket is complete. The room is very private. The upper and lower rooms are completely separated. It is a good choice for two families traveling together.

our stay at the villa was everything as described. it is an amazing place tucked in a rural setting. This was where our challenge laid. the villa was amazing, sadly Chang Mai was not the right choice for us. We sadly chose to leave early. however the entire transaction was nothing short of amazing and respectful. I would highly recommend this experience to those seeking a quiet escape. We are grateful for all the efforts that went into accommodating and facilitating our change of direction. What a dreamy stay at La Campagne! Our family of 8 stayed for 5 days to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The villa was huge but so comfortable and super clean! We were spoilt by the lovely team managing the place - they prepared a lovely spread of breakfast daily, made sure everything is in order and were responsive throughout. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you again for the lovely memories!

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway from the city. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided. It really felt like a home away from home. A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again!
