Dragan was a very helpful and responsive host. The minute we walked into the apartment we were in awe at how clean and spacious the apartment is. It has everything that you need. The apartment is close to the taxis and very walkable to the center. Lots of restaurants surrounding the apartment and a convenience store just a step away outside. The bed was very big and spacious. Even though my mother in law lives next to the building and we could have stayed with her now knowing of Dragan place ,this will definitely be our go to place when staying in Nis. I recommend 100% Dragan place.

Great little place facing the lake. We had a lovely weekend away and relaxed in the hot tub, the bath, and the large sofa. Highly recommended

The apartment is located in a small, modern building on a quiet street in what I judged to be a desirable neighbourhood close to the river. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space available. The Host was very responsive and friendly. The self check-in process was trouble-free. The window in the living room offered a very pleasant view over the river to the southern part of the city and the mountains beyond. I stayed in the winter and the heating system was more than sufficient to keep the apartment lovely and warm. A fruit and vegetable market and a variety of supermarkets and other shops, are close by. In summary, I found the apartment to be well located, clean and comfortable, and an ideal base for my visit to Niš.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Lemon Tree apartment. The space was very nice itself and the deck overlooking the park was my favorite part.
