We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The cottage is separate but is on a hilltop next to an 8,000 square foot home. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails. The cottage is conveniently located near Branson where there are a ton of attractions.

The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.
