You're 5min from the train to Amsterdam and I’m sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as I! The apartement is located on the 2 topfloors of a midcentury house. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis op 20 fietsminuten van het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn 2 fietsen aanwezig. Het bosrijke gebied is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en te fietsen, kaarten zijn beschikbaar. Er is een boomgaard en moestuin op het terrein. In de boomgaard staan veel eetbare planten. Kijk en proef als je dat leuk vindt. Als je meer wil weten, dan loop ik graag met je mee.

The little cottage was very cozy and quiet. We enjoyed eating in front of the patio door and looking into the garden. There are a few chickens there, we had a lot of fun with them. The two cats visited us from time to time, we liked that very much. Sara and Steven were very friendly and always responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you again for that. Tienhoven is a beautiful little village, we felt very comfortable there.

Had a fantastic stay at Lester's place. Apartment is in a wonderful location with so many great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was also easy to connect to public transport when we wanted to go further afield. Apartment was clean and was exactly as described. Lester was a great host. I would highly recommend a stay in this property!

A beautiful oasis on the outskirts Central Utrecht! It's very spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my morning cup of coffee taking in the beautiful view of the garden through the huge windows in the living room. Fleur and family were lovely and very helpful. We felt very welcome. The train station is an easy ten minute walk. Grocery stores are also in the vicinity of train station.

A modern kitchen is presented with light wooden flooring and minimalist cabinetry. Shelves are adorned with jars and potted plants, enhancing the natural atmosphere. A coffee maker and various kitchen utensils are visible, arranged neatly on the countertop. Light filters in from a nearby window.
