We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

Ligging tegen de historische binnenstad in de leukste wijk van Utrecht. In het souterrain zijn 2 volledig ingerichte appartementen uit 1864 gerenoveerd met een en-suite badkamer en keuken. Geven een intiem en luxe gevoel. Zo zijn de ruimtes ingericht met 2-persoonsbedden, moderne badkamers, en design meubels. Zelf koken; beide appartementen hebben een kleine keuken. Vele restaurants (ook voor ontbijt), bakker en supermarkten, de binnenstad, met de Dom, terrasjes en winkels, liggen om de hoek.

Situated on the corner of the Singel canal, its only fifteen minutes walk from Central Station. The nice apartment is a spacious 68 m2. The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. The house is located in a green neighbourhood, 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking,. Towels are present. The house is non smoking.

Comfortable accomodation (2p) in green area

In our annex we have a 2-person and a 3-person accomodation. It has its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Both accomodations have acces to their own terrace and to our garden. Our garden is located in the green surroundings of the Maxima Park. The bustling cosiness of Utrecht can be reached in 10 minutes. Although our accommodation is still called 'Bed and Breakfast', the accomodations are self-catered and breakfast is not included in the service.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Spacious, cosy ground floor studio, fully equipped, tastefully decorated and with a wonderful sunny private flower garden. The house is located in the very attractive neighborhood of Wittevrouwen in a quiet street. It has a spacious charming private living room with king-size bed for 2, a couch and armchairs, a dining table with kitchen and separate hallway and a very small but newly renovated toilet with shower.
