Beautiful loft with two suites and two floors, 3 bathrooms, smart TV in the living room and in the upper bedroom, fans and air-conditioning on both floors. Outdoor gourmet area with barbecue, barbecue counter and shower, kitchen connected to the living room, balcony, hammock for resting, SOFT filter with natural and cold water. Superior suite with a double bed and a loft bed with two single suites. Second suite with a double bed. The living room sofa is also a sofa bed.

BBQ grill in front of the beach, with all the necessary equipment, and hammock to relax. In the common area of the condominium there are 2 swimming pools, sauna and another barbecue. We have a day laborer we trust that we indicate - her value is the part and you close directly with her.

The place of access to the house is a dead end street, on the ascent of the hill, the place is not beautiful, but the neighborhood is quiet and old, so much so that we have been in this house for 25 years. There are stairs that provide access to the home as well . You can drop your bags off before or after the check in and check out time.
