Really nice place, better than the photos, nice host

Beautiful home and location! Fully stocked residence. We brought a lot of items from home that were not needed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have spent a couple more days just to enjoy the view!

Amazing home and surrounded by beautiful mountains. Close to Ouray and Telluride. Just an overall once of a kind vacation location.

This 5 Star review is for the property managers but the property gets 5 Stars as well. The management company did an excellent job in what turned out to be a difficult situation. Because they were proactive and responsive…my family and I were able to get past the speed bump we encountered with an unruly neighbor In the end, we all enjoyed our vacation problem free and have great memories to remember! This property was amazing and straight out of fairytale book. The management company showed they cared by going out of their way to accommodate our situation. Great work and thank you!

PRIME location! The pictures don’t do this house justice, this place was awesome. Felt right at home. Had a nice yard for our dogs too. 5 minute walk to the grocery store, and a 2-3 minute walk to the hot springs, and park.

Peaceful and comfortable, it was a perfect stay for a relaxing weekend exploring the West Elks area.

Great location for visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Super close to restaurants/stores as well. Very thoughtful touches and any amenity I could think of was there (which cannot be said for most places I have stayed). It was very hot when we visited and the window a/c units struggled to keep the entire house comfortable, but it was unusually warm. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

The property is beautiful and we were able to paddle board, fish, and hike all three days. The Barn had everything we needed, the amenities were great, and I loved the design and layout of the space. It was the perfect peaceful getaway that was still close enough for a couple of visits into Durango. It was also a great place to stay with our dogs! We can’t wait to book another stay.

We loved staying at Liza’s place. It worked out great for our 2 kiddos. The unit was the nicest one we have ever stayed in, regarding the finishes and the coziness of the unit. Everything in Ouray was within walking distance and the unit was located at the end of a very quiet street. This gave us the peace of mind knowing that our kids could be playing outside with no worry of a busy intersection or a through street. When we visit Ouray again, we will most definitely try to rent this unit! It was PERFECT for a family of 4 + Grandma! Cannot stress this enough, we loved the quality and modernness of the finishes!!

We loved our stay! Great location within a short drive to shops and restaurants in Montrose. Perfect "base" for exploring Montrose, Black Canyon, Ouray, etc. We felt right at home and loved how thoughtfully stocked the basement apartment was, plus how it felt private. Lesley made sure to send us instructions and has lots of helpful notes in the house as well. Would stay again if in the area!!

Beautiful condo with incredible mountain views! We stayed in the summer for hiking and loved how peaceful and comfortable the space was. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Great communication from the host—would happily stay again!

We stayed at Peter and Wendy for a 3 day ski/snowboard excursion to Telluride. Peter and Wendy were great hosts and their place was warming, comfortable and in a great location. Surrounded by beautiful snow capped mountains it was stunning. The apartment was clean, comfortable and private just as described. Definitely planning on returning next year.

This is a darling location! The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices and great cooking utensils and pots and pans. The hot tub was clean and used both the nights we were there. Both Mike and Elle's suggestions about area activities was very helpful. The marina across the street has great service for rentals. Oh, did I mention the delicious coffee cake, snacks and OJ left for our enjoyment? It was a truly one of our favorite places to stay!

Excellent spot in Telluride!! The kitchen was well stocked, all the photos matched the condo, the beds were comfortable, and the location was less than 10 minutes walk from all the hot spots in town. We were very pleased with how clean this spacious condo was. My family and I were extremely comfortable and opted to stay another night. We will come back to stay here in the future and recommend this airbnb to others!

What a wonderful place, exceeding expectations! An amazing view, and a beautiful place to stay. Easy access to the slopes via the Peaksand close proximity to numerous restaurants in Mountain Village. Andrew was a super host, incredibly prompt and helpful with all my questions. Highly recommend!!!

Avantstay was responsive and helpful. We arrived early and they were willing to accommodate. Upon arrival the fire alarm began to go off, once I texted they were at the house quickly and able to fix the problem. The views from the master was amazing. Watching the groomers grooming the slopes was so neat! The steamer in the master shower was an added bonus to top off a day on the slopes. Shopping and restaurants are all walkable with multiple choices.

We liked the location on the golf course. The hot tub was working and was great. The home was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful stay, exactly as advertised. Far enough out of town that you could get some peace and quiet, but not to far to where you could gather the essentials and do some exploring. Ouray and Black Canyon are appx 1hr away and we had a blast checking them both out over the weekend. Beautiful country and the perfect place to see it.

Loved everything about this home and property. Our kids especially loved the hot tub and making s’mores in the fit pit. Perfect home for our trip to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.
