My lovely light and sunny ground floor house (65m2) is in the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. Suitable for 3 persons. Wifi available. French doors to the sunny garden with sit. Fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with double bed. Extra air bed available. Trainstation at 12 min. The atmosphere in my house can be described as warm, personal, attentive, cosy, welcoming, comfortable, open and easy. Beautiful wooden parquet floor of the large living room (min 30m2). Welcome at Liesbeth's Place!

Spacious home in the citycentre (125m2)

All sights are within walking distance from this centrally located house. It is a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. We live above a restaurant, so you don't even have to leave for a nice meal and drinks. The house is well isolated, so there is no noise pollution. The house is spacious and fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, air conditioning, shower and bath). We have just renovated, so everything is new and neat. We don't have pets, so you won't suffer from allergies.

Feel welcome at this modern and clean apartement on the top 2 floors of my house, only a 15 minute walk from the center of Utrecht. You're 5min from the train to Amsterdam and I’m sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as I! The apartement is located on the 2 topfloors of a midcentury house. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. We're sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as we do! Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
