Great place to stay, especially if you are going to LA Tech. Very clean, easy to find and close to everything. Yes, the train does go by at all hours, but really wasn’t a bother. Will book again.

We rented Dennis's condo for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was everything she wanted! She and her friends went kayaking, swam off the dock and at the beach, relaxed in the hot tub, and made s'mores at the fire pit. There was plenty of space for the 5 of them to sleep (as well as a place upstairs for my husband and myself!). Dennis was in communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope we are able to visit again for a family trip.

Kasey was such a fast communicator and always friendly and overall just great! The house is super cute and the beds are comfortable. There were games to play and lots of books available also! Loved the master bedroom window seat! The shower water pressure was phenomenal (this was a biggie for my sons!) and it is super close to the college and multiple restaurants and activities. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future!

Traveled to Texas from California with my little family. Came across Addison’s townhome. It was exactly as described/pictures. Addison was very quick to respond and very friendly. I would definitely book this place again whenever we come back in town. Loved the southern hospitality.

Host was really responsive. The house was really clean and smelled really great. The back yard was a great spot to sit down and chill. Area was nice and quiet too. Will book again for sure if able

Dawn’s home in Hot Springs was nothing short of spectacular. It had been recently refinished, and it showed — sparkling clean, with extraordinarily comfortable beds, charming electric fireplaces in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The WiFi was great for remote work, with two of us on video calls at the same time. Dawn even went so far as to include sheets to cover the living room furniture in case you bring a furry friend along — and the backyard is fully fenced with no escape routes. The location was great too — just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to the national park. We loved the dog-friendly trails, the historic bathhouses, and the amazing views from the observation tower. The Pancake Shop and Superior Bathhouse Brewery were favorites, and while we didn’t get to try all the restaurants, they looked fantastic and full of energy. In short: a lovely, dog-friendly home close to everything Hot Springs offers. If we’re ever back, we’ll be booking Dawn’s place again!

We enjoyed our stay, and the property was clean and quiet. The location is in the middle of stores, restaurants, and downtown. The Christmas lights downtown were terrific. We had so much fun. We will be staying again when my sister receives her bachelor's degree.

Amazing stay! The townhouse was immaculate. It’s located right on the water and the kids were able to kayak and the adults were able to fish and relax off the private dock! The beds were comfortable and the townhouse was extremely clean! 5 out of 5 stars! Would recommend and we plan to stay again!

My husband and I and another couple stayed at the loft. We were so excited about staying near everything we like to do in that area! It did not disappoint us! The loft was so beautiful and very clean! We had such a great time! We will definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends! The only thing we had difficulty with was the parking. Suzie did send information about where we could park.

The cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed yet! Sarah and Robert were great hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. We were welcomed with a personal note and a s’more kit among other goodies! That was a very thoughtful gesture. The light and warmth from the beautiful fireplace was relaxing to come home to each night. We had every amenity we may have needed and with a golf course view! What more could you ask for?! We loved our stay. We will definitely be back!

We were hoping to find a good place near Hot Springs—the town and the national park. This location offered both. We were able to enjoy some peace and quiet in a nice condo that felt like staying at a friend’s house. But we were also able to get out into the park as well as stroll through the historic bathhouse row. We would stay there again if the opportunity came up.

Conveniently located in Longview, clean and nice. I will definitely stay here again when i am in town.
