Vacation rentals with beach access in Ouachita River

It was an excellent stay . We picked a weekend where the weather was terrible but the house was comfortable enough to stay in and enjoy the house despite the weather . Christopher was very sweet and helpful. Answered the phone every time I called with no hesitation. Overall 10/10

I stayed here for a couple of weeks for work. The place is as described, very clean and furniture seems brand new, and the kitchen is well supplied for longer stays. A/C works well, which is very useful since temperatures hit over 100 degrees daily. Very easy access to shops and the highway since it's a 5-10 minutes drive to west Little Rock. Overall a good place to stay!

The Lake view was spectacular and enjoying some drinks in the hot tub while overlooking it was beautiful. We were made to feel so at home while also given so much privacy.

We booked this condo last minute, and it was the most accommodating stay we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The host was very quick to reply, made sure we had what we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Pictures do not do this place justice. It looks and feels brand new when you walk in the door, and everything is meticulous in the whole house. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay, and would recommend this condo to anyone! After staying here we wouldn’t think about booking anywhere else in mount ida. A true gem in a perfectly situated area.

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake ‘O the Pines! We could have asked for a better Airbnb or a kinder host. My son and I took one of the awesome kayaks down to the lake…and then couldn’t get it back up the hill….and the host told us not to worry and that her husband would take care of it! 😅 So kind! Thank you for a great stay!

Becca is an amazing host. She provided biscuits and gravy for the four of us very early one morning before we headed out to fish! Just incredible. And when we needed a couple of batteries for a remote, they were right over to deliver. The house is very well kept, very clean, and very functional. This was our second stay and won’t be our last.

We spent 3 weeks at Kit’s rental with views of Lake Desoto and had a fabulous trip! The Host’s communication was thorough and prompt. We appreciated the weather / icy road updates as well as recommendations for things to do in HSV and the surrounding area. The location by the Lake was quiet and i side it felt like home right away. It was very well maintained, clean and clear of clutter. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The deck overlooked a tall tree forested area which was great for bird watching and views of the lake. The grill and hammocks were a great touch. After 5 years of renting different places we plan to return here every year!

We had a beautiful time space is perfect for a family vacation. Such a beautiful view enjoyed the time we had. Host very responsive. Surroundings were peaceful and quiet. A perfect spot for fishing and kayaking. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

This house is so welcoming and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos and we cannot wait to come back for another visit in the Fall. Pam was an excellent host who was extremely communicative. We loved our stay and were so sad to leave!

Serenity on the Lake was perfect for us. The location could not have been more convenient for our party of four. The house is spacious, very clean and the kitchen is very well appointed. The patio and dock were where we spent most of our time when we were at the house. Morning coffee on the backyard swing is relaxing and it’s very peaceful watching the ducks in the lake and listening to the birds. I can’t recommend Lance’s place enough. And multiple hiking trails are a short drive away.

Loved everything! Clean, spacious, & relaxing. We were super comfortable in this home & felt safe in this amazing quiet neighborhood that’s absolutely beautiful. Amazing area!!! Had all the things we needed to make our stay great. VERY steep walk up & down to the lake but that was expected. 25 to 30 minutes away from the downtown tourist attractions ..would definitely come back :)

We took our boat to this location because we wanted to be able to use the lake. Being part of the community let us have access to the marina and a covered slip. I think for $35 a day the biggest reason we chose this unit was proximity to the lake and availability of overnight parking for our boat in the water.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids, and the variety of kid-friendly games kept them entertained for hours. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view—whether we were sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was simply stunning. The location is perfect, offering both peace and quiet while still being close to great activities and attractions. To top it all off, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can’t recommend this cabin enough and can’t wait to return!

Marji’s condo was in pristine condition and had all the items we needed. The view was beautiful and it was easy to get to. Great value! I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time staying at Emerald Isle in David and Wanda's condo. Location was great; right on the lake, very peaceful...this time of year there were not many people around so that was nice. Pool area was good; not completely ready (we asked for chairs to sit on as they weren't out yet) and bathrooms by the pool weren't available until 3rd day of our stay. Hot tub was wonderful, pool was cold...again beginning of the season so all was understandable. Condo was perfect for us and David and Wanda were very responsive to any messages. Looking forward to staying there again!

Hot Springs never fails me. And Anne didn’t either. Completely tranquil and a very comfortable atmosphere. The locals were also very nice and informative. There’s absolutely nothing I would change about this weekend not even the power outages and tornado warnings. My baby cousin and I felt safe and secure. Thanks again Anne
