This apt, 1 of 4 apts in the same bldg, is the conversion of the attic over my shop, completely isolated from the others, & extremely private, quiet, & secure. Unlike the others, it has no apt above or below it. Entrance requires going thru 2 keyless entries with a spacious concrete parking pad immediately outside the 1st door. The apt can sleep up to 6 with a king bed, full length couch, loveseat recliner, & space to add a twin bed. It has 2 lg flat screen tv's with subscription access.
