Beachfront vacation rentals in Ouachita River

This place was great! Convenient for getting to Hot Springs, but a peaceful sanctuary away from the busy-ness. Beautiful views of the water, cute decor, so much room!! We had everything we needed—shampoo, detergent, coffee, towels—everything was well-stocked. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay even though it rained the whole time. The pellet grill on the back deck worked great. Watched movies and celebrated our granddaughters birthday. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and go to the lake.

It was a beautiful location over looking Lake Hamilton. My husband enjoyed the private boat dock as we brought our boat. Some steep stairs getting to it. Definitely got your work out in! Home was two stories, spacious and clean. I liked that the top deck was fully enclosed for our fur baby and loved the hot tub on the lower deck. It was about 15 minutes to down town Hot Springs and right next to Garvin Gardens which was beautiful with tulips! Very quite neighborhood. We would definitely go again!

We stayed here for a “honeymoon in the swamp”- and it was everything we expected and more! We are avid fishermen so being on the water with access to our boat all day was perfect. The boat slips next to the boat house were occupied all week, but April said we could tie up to the cleats on the boat house, which was even better. The description of the boat house location is spot on, next to the marina and on the water - meaning there will be people and boats. We were only there mornings and nights since we were on the lake fishing all day, so we can’t speak to what the day time life is like. But in the hours we were there everyone that was fishing at the marina, using the slips, or boating by were very friendly and extremely polite. We will definitely be back to fish Caddo Lake and would love to stay here again!

A very quiet and peaceful place, exactly what we were looking for. Heater worked very well and the place was cosy with an impressive kitchen. Was better than the photos. Brian was very responsive and our family had a wonderful time,

We loved this place. The view was amazing. We had everything we needed and the hot tub was the perfect addition to our girls weekend. It was relaxing, clean, beds were comfortable, and was the perfect place in every way for our stay in Hot Springs. Me and the girls have already decided this will be an annual thing and we will stay at this exact place again. The host gave perfect instructions. 5 stars all the way.

Our stay was wonderful. Had all amenities needed. Quiet. Close to hiking trails. Beautiful mornings watching ducks eat on the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. The whole property was absolutely perfect for a serene outdoor getaway. We were only able to use the kayaks and hammock for one day of our stay due to adverse weather but we would definitely come back! When the threat of severe weather came through, our host was very accommodating and communicative as well!

This house was perfect for a visit to Hot Springs National Park - just about 25 minutes away. We absolutely loved the gated community - very scenic with numerous golf courses, hiking trails, and good restaurants. The view of the lake with a hot tub and the very comfy bed put our stay over the top. Thanks for a wonderful first Arkansas experience!

The home was one of a kind. The different levels made it feel like we were not on top of each other. Loved the space. Wish it was not cold and rainy so we could have enjoyed the pool but we will be back in the summer.

Love going to the house in east Texas but you feel like your in whole different place. My family and had a great time and Thanksgiving dinner.

We were looking for an off the beaten path place to stay and that is exactly what we got! It was quiet and peaceful! The sunrise and sunset from the porch were breathtaking! The Jo was very accommodating and was great to work with! We will definitely be staying there again!

We had such a relaxing peaceful time. The kids done some fishing while I sipped my coffee from the balcony. Me and my daughter done some baking and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The sitting area on the bottom area had plenty of room for the whole family. We had a great time and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

Erica’s place is exactly as described. Beautiful location - right on the lake! My family and I enjoyed walking along the shore looking for seashells and playing in the water. Nice sandy bottom. It was nice to sit out by the fire and make s’mores. Inside is nice and clean. Spacious enough for our family of 5. Approximately 30 minutes from downtown Jefferson, Caddo Lake (we took a boat tour leaving out of Uncertain, TX), and Longview. Erica’s very responsive. We had some difficulties getting the fire table started on our first night and she sent her neighbor to help us the following morning (I didn’t message her about the fire table until 10pm the night before so I appreciated her getting someone out to help us so quickly). Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay, Erica!
