Farmstay vacation rentals in Ouachita River

Hands down the best Hosts I’ve had yet!!! They literally made you feel right at home and were so attentive. Sherri & Terry literally were nice enough to greet us and show us around the same day we got there. Their place has such beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. We got to enjoy the sound of relaxing rain along with watching the humming birds through the windows. My husband and I were there to celebrate our 1 year anniversary with our little one. We were surprised with some little champagne 🍾 bottles which was such a sweet gesture. Super thankful for letting us stay at Susie Q’s Mountain View. We will definitely be coming back.

The place was beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing. It is an adorable farmhouse and very welcoming. It is near I-20, so it’s easy to get to restaurants and other things in the area.

Great spot! Clean, comfortable and a cute little welcome dog the greeted us on arrival and said good morning the next day. ONLY con is that as a busy family who doesn’t know how long it’s going to actually take us to get places on road trips due to potty breaks etc I love when places have electronic locks so that no one else is waiting on us. I always feel bad when a host wants to greet us and I have to change the time and make them wait. Regardless, they were there to greet us when we finally made it with a welcome smile. Thanks!!

We love your place. We felt at home. First place in AB&B app that we've stayed that had real comfortable and lots of furniture. We felt very safe and completely felt the stress if life to go away. Thank you Lisa & John.

We had such an amazing stay! The house was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to everything we needed. Our whole family enjoyed it, but our 4-year-old declared The Linden House her “Birpday House” and anytime we went anywhere demanded to go back to her house. Thank you for sharing such a cozy and welcoming space with us. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

The goats are the sweetest goats I’ve ever come in contact with. I grew up on a ranch, I’ve owned goats… These goats (and the kitty) are kid friendly. My son is terrified of cats, by the end of the stay he wanted to carry the cat home with us. We came for the animals and the outdoors experience which did not disappoint! We enjoyed every minute, especially the Bigfoot touches! Everything was perfect! Oh and don’t miss feeding the fish!! We loved that!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Green Bungalow! We stayed with our toddlers and the whole place was very kid-friendly, clean, and cozy. Millie is the absolute sweetest & gave us recommendations on what to do during our visit and even brought over snacks for my girls. We also loved that the home is walking distance to downtown. We definitely plan to stay again when we come back to visit Hot Springs. Thanks again Millie!

Very nice accommodations! Nicely furnished with a comfy bed. Very roomy! Well stocked with cooking utensils, towels etc. The shower is huge! There were even bottles of shampoo, conditioner & bath soap! I very much enjoyed my stay!

My dog and I booked this one last minute due to the storm going through the central Plains. I was so thankful to be able to find such a great place. The horses were friendly though I did not interact with them directly. Lots of room to walk around and get rid of some of that stress for my dog and myself. The inside was very large little echoey. Initially there was the smell of horses course on the other side of the apartment are the stables. Nice front porch bed was very comfortable. I missed on the amenities that there was no microwave which of course wasn’t a big deal in my situation but something to note if you’d like to heat things up like I do. Definitely recommend and would love to come back when I wasn’t in such a rush

This cabin was so lovely and I loved that it was so comfortable and relaxing!! It felt like home away from home. So peaceful and beautiful in every aspect of the house. I would love to come back to this place whenever I come back to visit.

Great place everything is close by. Loved the fresh eggs thank you. I don’t know whose pup it is she is very sweet and very noisy at night. We will return

This was the best choice for my little family in Hot Springs. My littles loved Donkey and Fiona (the mini donkeys). Great communication from the hosts and a lovely location. We couldn’t have picked a better place for our first family vacation

The perfect place to getaway from reality for a bit. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the board games that were there. We also enjoyed the animals we got to pet.

Loved our stay here! We had a lot of fun and it was a great location. We loved eating at Feed Bin. Digging for diamonds was super close and convenient. We also did Ka Do Ha. It was fun! We liked the cows and farm dogs from across the way. We drove a little over an hour to also visit the Hot Springs. Would stay again.

Great stay and would most definitely return , if you want something peaceful and cozy this is a great spot for it. Close enough to go to nearby cities and explore and far enough to enjoy nature. Great host and very easy to find, I highly recommend for a weekend getaway!!

I really have no complaints other than the area where the toilet is located. Not much you can really do but the area is SMALL. If you’re taller than 5’8”, over 200lbs or pregnant, it would be difficult to not have trouble.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is peaceful and private. The sitting area by the water is secluded and quiet. Loved the windows looking out to the water. We wanted a weekend away from our normal busy lives and this was “mission accomplished “. The homemade biscuits were delicious and some of the best I have ever had. Yard eggs and homemade jelly just topped it off. Our host was very responsive and willing to help. I also enjoyed meeting their sweet dog. I would recommend staying here if anyone is ever staying in this area.

It was a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed the fresh eggs! We also enjoyed being able to see the farm animals, especially the sweet baby calves. The house was enjoyable with the crosses, plants & different things to look at. The house was clean & ready for us. Marsha was very attentive to our requests.

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

Shannon Place was perfect for our family ATV riding adventure getaway. It was not far from the riding area and was easy to get to from the highway. The house is exactly like Shannon described it on their beautiful farm. There is pleanty of room for parking and kids to play including a swing set. The hot tub was perfect for winding down after riding ATV's all day. The firepit worked great for an evening campfire to relax and look at all the stars and smores for the kids. We look forward to getting back out there again this summer. Thank you Shannon, see you next time. Kevin and family.

We loved our stay on the farm! The house was beautiful and was great for our weekend road trip! Very closed to diamond digging (which was important to us). Her directions on how to get there were spot on and she was only a message away if anything was needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling this way!

The cabin and scenery were beautiful, comfortable and everything we wanted in a romantic getaway! Alaina gave clear details and instructions, was quick to communicate with and very quickly resolved a WiFi issue for us. We will definitely be staying at one of her properties again! Not a negative, but a note - the nearest restaurant is 30 minutes away. Heads up! Still worth it!

This place was absolutely beautiful! Very welcoming & relaxing! Kristi always responded quickly & was very accommodating! We had a very relaxing visit. The home was right near the lake & also Jefferson. The kitchen had all the amenities & very quaint dishes, glassware, etc. We definitely highly recommend this as a place of refuge from the busyness of life. We for sure will return! Thank you Kristi!

Easy check in, great communication. Tons of room!! Only issue was the thin walls between bedrooms upstairs but it was fun to scare the kids unseen from the other room!😂. We had a wonderful time, no issues, place was wonderful and well stocked. Definitely recommend!!
