Highlights are the annual 'Karl May Festival' and the 'Radebeuler Weinfest'.

Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Our apartment is located in the attic of our residential building with a beautiful view over the quiet district of Klotzsche. It consists of a living room and a bedroom as well as a hallway, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The walk to the tram that goes directly to the city center takes about 5 minutes. Basically, everyone is welcome with us, but the apartment is not barrier-free due to the location in the attic and difficult to reach for small children.

There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.
