Lovely studio flat front of the sea with; whashing machine, conditioned air, a kitchen and a bathroom, only a double bed therfore the house is for a max of 2 people. The house is really comfortable for many reasons; private access, the opportunity to use part of the garden to have breakfast/lunch but i suppose that the huge advantage is THE POSITION: 10 meters from the beach, 5 min from the turistic hairbour 20 min to the airport, 50 min from Colosseum, well connected with public transport.

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub von sechs Tagen genutzt. An einigen Tagen sind wir von hier aus mit dem Mietwagen zur Metro-Station Laurentina gefahren, um Rom zu erkunden. Wir sind von hier aus aber auch in den Süden auf den Monte Circeo zum Wandern. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen kann man wunderbar die Ostia Antica erkunden. Zwei Mal haben wir den Grill genutzt. Jeden Abend sind wir die paar Schritte zum Meer gelaufen. Auch, dass es nur 2-3 Gehminuten zu einem kleinen Laden für das Nötigste und einem Bäcker sind, haben wir sehr geschätzt. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt Fliegengitter und richtige Rollläden, um die Räume zu verdunkeln. Den kleinen Tisch im Essbereich kann man ausziehen. Mit dem Auto durch das Tor hindurch ist es etwas eng, aber wir haben es dennoch jeden Tag gern dort im Innern geparkt. Unsere Gastgeber standen uns immer mit Rat und Tag zur Seite und haben sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Жильё отличное для большой семьи с детьми. Дом имеет собственную территорию- газоны, зона барбекю, зона отдыха- для приема пищи. Очень здорово вечерами сидеть под навесом, ужинать на свежем воздухе. Дом большой, комнат достаточно, но кроватей полноценных двуспальных- одна. Другие кровати односпальные и полуторные-вдвоём тесновато. В доме два санузла, что просто необходимо для большого количества народа. Есть с/у с ванной и с/у с душевой. Огромный плюс- наличие стиральной и посудомоечных машин! Спасибо хозяевам- Елене и Анджело за такой комфорт. Нам были предоставлены на первые дни таблетки для стирки. Мыло, моющие средства-химия- в достатке. Шампунь, гели- необходимо иметь своё. Постельное и полотенца- в избытке! В целом все просто отлично организовано хозяевами. Кухонной утвари, разной посуды предостаточно. Возможно, стоило бы добавить стаканов и бокалов (бокалов, кстати, нет вообще), но это мое личное мнение. Во дворе дома имеется парковка, нам хватало места для двух машин(смарт и хэчбэк), что просто замечательно, особенно, когда берёшь машину в аренду. Ворота и калитки закрываются на замок. Удалённость от центра Рима - получасовая! Отличное расположение дома! Дом 2 этажный, весь 2-й этаж этаж соседский- соседи с собаками- 5 шт! Единственный минус- собаки ночами бродили и цокотали по полу. Другого шума от собак не было, не лаяли вообще! Очень радовало близость моря. Правда все ближайшие пляжи платные. Ходили чуть подальше на заброшенный участок, бесплатно., но со всеми вытекающими... хотя береговая линия, сам пляж- отличные! Вход на территорию- через заброшенные зоны общественного пляжа. Близость дороги к дому- был легкий шум, Но это все мелочи. Мы дома находились только вечерами, нам было отлично! Магазины- «корфур»- маркет в получасе езды на авто. В шаговой доступности только бар. Хозяева были всегда на связи, отвечали на все вопросы, подсказывали. Огромная благодарность Елене и Анджело за их гостеприимство и организацию отличного отдыха! Нам все очень понравилось! Дом отличный, место хорошее. Обязательно вернёмся ещё раз, если выпадет счастливый случай!спасибо, Елена и Анджело! Вы- замечательные!

This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wonderful host! He let us arrive early and drop our bags until the house was cleaned. Very spacious and cool living space with a great kitchen. There’s multiple patios to relax on in the evening and a nice pool. About 30 minutes into Rome, just under an hour to Tivoli. The city of Ladispoli has a great beach with lots of late night restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully updated. Fabio and Lorenza went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they left us pasta and sauce for our first dinner, along with coffee, breakfast snacks, and even thoughtful touches like lotions and toiletries in the bathroom. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach with a charming little beach bar right there. Fabio and Lorenza were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and supermarkets. Sabrina’s place was so nice and perfect for our needs! She met us on check in and showed us around. Her descriptions and photos were accurate. We’d never been to Fregene but needed a place to crash before our return flight the next day. It was two adults and our two younger kids. Her space accommodated us perfectly. It’s a very quaint, neat home. The amenities were just what we needed. The air conditioning was strong which was great because it was very hot! The place is very secure and the neighborhood seemed safe. There was off street parking for our car behind a locked gate. The town is so cute! And within a VERY short walk (like basically across the road) is a pizza place and also a coffee shop with great gelato. We took the kids to both and they were perfect. The beaches are a few minutes drive away (could walk as well I suppose). FCO was about a 20 min drive from the house. Very easy! All in all this was a little gem that worked well for us!

Tivemos uma estadia muito rápida porque fomos à Madrid no dia seguinte, mas recomendo muito a casa da Valentina porque é muito linda, interior impecável e excelente interação com ela. Sempre respondia com rapidez, eficiência e muito amável. Também nos ajudou com o transfer do aeroporto para a casa e depois da casa para o aeroporto, através do Sr. Paolo, muito simpático e prestativo. Certamente numa próxima visita à Roma ficarei hospedado e desta vez mais dias.

very nice cottage near the sea

Casa meravigliosa, superiore a qualsiasi aspettativa. Grande, pulitissima, fornita di tutto e non si ha l'impressione di una casa per le vacanze, ma di un luogo amato e curato. Una menzione speciale al bagno, che oltre ad essere molto spazioso ha una doccia spettacolare! Giardino e patio coperto sono altrettanto curati e molto godibili, si pranza all'aperto in mezzo al verde e in totale tranquillità. Noi non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Claudia, ma i suoi formidabili genitori ci hanno accolto non solo con la cortesia che è lecito attendersi, ma con calore sincero (grazie ancora Rita per il tuo squisito ciambellone e ad Aldo per la piantina). Sono stati disponibili per qualsiasi cosa e, contemporaneamente, sono persone di una discrezione assoluta e rispetto per la riservatezza degli ospiti. Ci è capitato raramente di trovarci così bene! Consigliamo davvero un soggiorno da loro.

Soggiorno fantastico, zona perfetta e silenziosa, ideale per una fuga al mare :)
