The residence I'm offering is new, very bright, tastefully decorated and well furnished. It's located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is perfectly connected with downtown Rome, Colosseo, airports and train stations. The metro "A" stop of Piazza Re di Roma is a 5 minutes walk and right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop 85, they both take downtown. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurants, bar, gelato shops and many other shopping stores.

Everything perfect, impeccable house, convenient to reach and in a great location. Equipped with everything you need. Close to supermarket, bars, restaurants and clubs. The Colosseum is about a 2 km walk away and close to buses and metro. Communicative host. I would recommend it and I would go back for a new stay in Rome

Apartment as per listing in every way. Nedim was very responsive and attentive to my requests and questions. Very good location close to the metro to get to the center of Rome quickly. A little noisy environment but it's normal for a city center. Thanks to Alissa and her mom for their warm welcome.

Perfect location; convenient to restaurants, grocery, bars, gelato, and tourist sites. 10 min from Castelo Sant Angelo in one direction, and 10 minutes from Panthenon in other direction. Piazza Navona was just a 2 minute walk with lively street entertainment, restaurants and shops. Felt safe enough to allow teenage kids to roam in the late evenings. Apartment was updated and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus living room that could be used as bedroom with its own door for privacy. Upstairs is master suite with king bed, twin fold-away, and one BA. All other rooms are downstairs/main level. Beds were comfortable (except fold away). Sufficient amenities. Small but functional washing machine upstairs, and folding dryer rack in storage. Bring your own shower shampoo and soap. Alessandra was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely return to this unit, or even another one that Alessandra manages.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Fabio's place in Rome! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was charming, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was fantastic, making it easy to explore all the major sights of Rome. Fabio himself was a wonderful host. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and he was always quick to respond to any questions we had. His warmth and hospitality truly enhanced our experience. We had a truly wonderful time in Rome, and Fabio's apartment played a big part in that. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again on our next visit!

Great, comfortable, modern but with classic character apartment! Absolutely loved our stay here. It is very well located in a multiple tourist hot spot areas, well connected with Hop On Hop Off bus lines and close to restaurants. Alvise was very responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. Would come back any time and highly recommend it!!

We thank Stefano for hosting us and for visiting his apartment upon arrival. Very nice apartment, good location and close to all amenities. Stefano really takes care of his guests by leaving useful addresses, a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival and 1 bottle of wine. i recommend it 100%
