Beautiful house, spacious and very comfortable. Equipped with impeccable linens and towels and a very complete kitchen. Very convenient parking in the area. Super recommended. Andreas, the host, was very quick with communication and very kind. We would definitely come back.

Very spacious, clean, modern with everything we needed. The bathroom was such a good size and a bonus to have a second toilet. Lovely outdoor space too for warmer weather. Really good directions and instructions for parking and facilities. There was a wonderful bakery near by and great places to eat and drink. We have family near by and would definitely stay again.

Super nice, modern, well-equipped and super clean apartment. We'd love to come back. For us, the location is not ideal, but the value for money is much better than in the more centrally located Filderstadt hotels!

We were guests of Kira and Max in the biotope. The apartment is quietly located with views of nature. Upon arrival, we were greeted with water and fresh eggs. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend the stay!

We have never stayed in a loft and thought we would try it and were not disappointed. It's very airy but still very cozy. The waterbed was an absolute highlight for the kids.

Very spacious and beautiful apartment. Friendly welcome and everything well arranged. Also nice to be able to sit outside. And we really liked that there was a washing machine! Handy that there is a supermarket around the corner. But too bad about the busy road and tram that runs in front of the apartment. But after a day, you'll get used to it.

Cozy and very nice place, we recommend strongly ! Near the train station and the nearest castle.

The host Mikolos was the best host I’ve ever had. Not only was he extremely responsive he helped get a wheelchair for my mom within 4 hours when the one we had originally rented was cancelled. He made what seemed impossible possible which made her trip so much better. The place is perfectly located with a really good beer garden right there and in the middle of the beautiful historic sites. Metro Is about a 10-15 minute walk which wasn’t bad. I have nothing negative to say. We had a total of 4 people but you could easily fit 5-6. Plenty of space to spread your luggage out and two bathrooms were amazing. If you are headed to Esslingen this is the perfect place!

The place was exactly as pictured. Everything very lovingly decorated, clean and fully equipped. There was even my favorite pillow and as a surprise a great piano music interlude in the afternoon on top. Communication was also friendly, responsive, fast and reliable. All in all highly recommended and if I go to Filderstadt again, I would be happy to stay with Andreas again.

Beautiful, very clean apartment, with everything I needed for 4 days in Stuttgart. Personally, I didn't find the surroundings so beautiful, but you are well connected and quickly in the center with public transport. Antonina was easy to reach with questions, the communication was friendly. I'd love to come back!

good experience and easy to get to with car.

We stayed with Willy and Sina during our exam and felt very comfortable. Both are very friendly, accommodating and always available. The apartment is nice and bright and spacious. The bathrooms are modern, in the kitchen there is everything you need for a vacation stay. The roof terrace is perfect for a relaxing breakfast or dinner. The view of the airport and the TV tower is worth seeing, especially at sunset.

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and hot tub everything worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there you can look over it and make it clean. But all in all, it was very nice and we will be back.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was tidy and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

We enjoyed our two-day stay immensely, it was really a break from an active holiday which I could do very well! The hostess Marianne was also really a treasure of a woman and we were received very warmly and openly. In addition, the cottage and wellness area were very clean and tidy and everything we needed was present! We'd love to come back!
