Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Our apartment in the cozy "New Country Style" invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor sauna in the immediate vicinity of the apartment terrace. Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.

This beautiful spacious apartment is set at the edge of Levinscher Park. Just 3 km from the historic old town of Göttingen. The bus stop is 4 minutes away by foot. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a sleeping option in the living room. You can also use the spacious garden. In the kitchen-living room you can cook and eat with six people. So you can comfortably stay in a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 people.
