Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. Tåg varje timme till Simrishamn och Ystad. 10 km till Gyllebosjön med fint bad och strövområde. 20 km till Borrbystrand vid havet med fantastisk sandstrand. Hundar är välkomna men kostar 50kr/dygn

An Electric car charger are available at the parking lot for a fee. a camera is facing the driveway, not indoors.

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.

Utmärkt för barnfamiljer då vi själva har 4. Ca 600 m till väldigt fin sandstrand. Huset är ett nollenergihus då solceller producerar el motsvarande årsförbrukningen.
