Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset, because there was a red brewery building on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located in a somewhat secluded spot in a large, lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house, it is within walking distance to Kivikviks harbor, beach and restaurants. It is important to note that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, so it is not childproof. At our place, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

Brygghuset Hagestad Österlen (Hagestad Österlen Brewery)

Brygghuset Hagestad, a former microbrewery in Österlen, offers a newly renovated guest house in boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 minutes walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik on Eklaholm & Reunion shop/café. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice dining experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the area. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km to ICA, pharmacy, etc. Bed linens & towels are included. In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Fire station in Österlen

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation along Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. In the residence, there are 7 beds, 1 child's bed, and 2 cribs upstairs. There is a possibility to charge the car for SEK 5 per kWh. Let me know and you'll have access to this when you park the car. The accommodation offers basic TV and Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linen and towels. You clean yourself before you check out.
