Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Bauernhof: Wohnen mal anders.

Willkommen! Bei uns stehen zwei kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, man kann aber auch direkt vor der Wohnung parken. Es geht über Treppen in den Wohnbereich, also leider nicht rollstuhlgängig. Der Wohn- Schlaf und Küchenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und es steht eine individuelle Holzbadewanne zur Verfügung, von der aus man auch fernsehen kann. Die Toilette ist ein getrennter Raum. W-Lan ist vorhanden. Es kann auch im Freien z.B. auf unserer Bachbrücke oder im Stallumgang gegessen werden.

Schöne helle Einzimmerwohnung in Möckmühl

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Keller meines Hauses. Sie nutzen die Wohnung nur für sich und haben auch einen eigenen Eingang. Der Wohnbereich ist ein helles Zimmer und hat eine Fläche von ca. 26 qm². Das Sofa dient als Schlafmöglichkeit und hat eine breite von 1,40 m und reicht für 2 Personen aus. Auf dem Sofa befindet sich eine Schaumstoffaufpolsterung von ca. 6 cm. Als weitere Schlafmöglichkeit dient ein normales Bett. Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe ausreichend vorhanden.

Im Herzen des Odenwalds, direkt am Waldrand, liegt unser Holzhaus im idyllischen Stadtteil Airlenbach der Stadt Oberzent. Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.
