Newly renovated apartment in a great location. Here you are close to the field with hiking trail a stone's throw away. Although the apartment is right on the edge of nature, you live very centrally. A sauna and hot tub are available for an extra fee. They are located on the side of the house with a nice view of the natural surroundings. Price: NOK 600 for either the sauna or the hot tub, and NOK 1,000 if you wish to use both for two hours. This has to be arranged well in advance with the host, who will warm up the place and get everything ready for you.

The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Oslo and close to pretty much everything. Parks, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and much more is within walking distanse. Right up the street is the Royal Palace and within 5 minutes of walk takes you to beautiful Aker brygge, where you can go for a swim, take the ferrie or enjoy a good meal. A perfect location to enjoy all of what Oslo has to offer. Please note there is only one toilet in the apartment and it’s not in the same room as the shower.
