The apartment has comfortable underfloor heating in all rooms so you can walk around in the pedestal even if it is cold outside. Large window surfaces let in lots of daylight. New combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Lots of nice forest walks right nearby and you get fast into the city center with 4 subway lines (10 min) and the train (4 min).

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
