Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. Suitable for 3 people (2 adults+ child). The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized health resort since 2010, meeting climatic and air hygiene requirements. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our granny apartment was renovated in 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.
