Das einfache Leben wartet, ein Ort zum ausspannen. Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Und das Beste: der Badesee ist gleich um die Ecke...

Small nice furnished attic apartment with living room area with sofa bed with extra bathroom with bathtub and small bedroom as a locked unit in an apartment building. Underfloor heating, sink, dishwasher & washing machine, bathtub, underfloor heating., closet, bed, sofa with sleeping function, table, 4 chairs, kitchenette, satellite TV. A sitting area is available in the garden. Here you can end the evening comfortably . An air conditioner for pleasant days is installed.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The apartment is located in the countryside about 5 kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen, living room and balcony. A public playground for children is available right behind the house. It is also possible to use the garden directly behind the house. On request, another room outside the apartment is available. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The vacation home is located in the Kamenz district of Cunnersdorf - about seven kilometers from the city center.
