We love it here in the authentic, Norwegian home of Kristian Vidar! The fireplace is wonderful, the view is spectacular and ever-changing, the town has great places to visit, great walks.

The place is great, cozy, all amenities available, fit the description and photos. The host is kind, helpful, responded quickly and was always there for us. We were extremely satisfied! :)

Lovely stay in lovely surroundings.

We had an amazing experience at the summer cabin in Hvitsten! The cabin is absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location that gave us peace and beautiful views. We, including our small family and dog, enjoyed ourselves for 4 nights and could not have been happier. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our inquiries. When we experienced some challenges with wifi, it was sorted out right away, which we really appreciated. All in all a delightful stay and we are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Hildes place. The cabin was the perfect getaway location: quiet, beautiful and very close to the train station to Oslo. When it was sunny, we enjoyed the seating outside. The cabin had everything we needed. Hilde was very proactive in her communication. Jakob even brought us some extra firewood for the fireplace.

A wonderful cabin experience in the pre-Christmas time. Beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity, good facilities in the cabin (hot water, wood-burning stove, fireplace and Cinderella dass). Both kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with everything you need. Surprisingly good beds and duvets! We had an incredible time!

Wonderful place, we couldn't be more pleased!

The accommodation was simply great – stylishly furnished, with a lot of attention to detail, and everything you could ask for was available. The place itself is a dream for nature lovers: absolute tranquility, beautiful landscapes and great hiking trails nearby. Whether in pouring rain or sunshine – with the right clothing, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. Afterwards, you can warm up wonderfully by the crackling fire. A special highlight for us was the hot pod – a cozy, heated bathtub with fantastic views of nature. Pure relaxation! Especially in the evening under the open sky, this is an unforgettable experience. Oslo is also easily accessible by car, and even the drive there is a real highlight. Ole was an excellent host – uncomplicated, very helpful and responds quickly. We even had the opportunity to meet him spontaneously. He then gave us great tips. Thank you Ole!

Spent New Year here, fantastic views, very comfortable accomodation, well equipped if you chose to self cater, would recommend.

The house is great, peaceful and the view on Fjord is amazing ! We spent a wonderful Christmas in the cosy and so clean house. Jacuzzi is so cool too during winter time. Anne-Marthe and Paul are reactive and warm hosts. They provide you with all the necessary informations to enjoy your stay and the house has everything to be confortable. This was the 2nd time we borrowed the house and we had a great time: Swimming and jacuzi, barbecues and pizza dinner with its own pizza oven, quiet mornings with coffee and beautiful views, and walks by boat, paddle board and kayak. We would gladly came back next year.

Beautiful summer gem of a place! Great outdoor area, with access to various outdoor toys, trampoline and several seating areas. Perfect sun conditions, short distance to the sea and a short walk to the convenience store. Smart TV with access to multiple apps. Bright and delicately decorated. Definitely recommend it!

We spent one night in the cabin. Good bus connection with a short hike. Incredibly beautiful area, perfect for hiking, close to the capital. Despite 10 degrees Celsius in the center of Oslo there was still snow and ice on the trails. Keep this in mind when traveling in early spring. The cabin is heated so there is no need to light a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay at Vilde and Håvar's place! The location is stunning, the house is super cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed (and more). They were incredibly warm, helpful, and easy to talk to. We truly didn’t want to leave - would absolutely recommend and love to come back!

Loved staying at the cabin with such a beautiful view! It was definitely better than in the photos. The cabin is stocked with everything you might need and also the rooms are big enough to stay comfortably. Inger was very accommodating with requests and questions. Definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences!
