Very responsive host, great location and awesome place. Well worth it. Would stay there again.

THE VIEW & being right on the fjord. Our family enjoyed every minute in Thori’s cabane. The row boat, the terrace by the lake and the tiny cabane were fantastic. Kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. Comfort of the beds could be improved. Car is mandatory to stay there. Thori and her husband were discreet hosts and always available if needed.

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

The apartment is well appointed and very clean and comfortable. The location is really great…near shops and restaurants as well as being convenient to tourist attractions. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

Awesome apartment with everything you need and so on. Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and crockery, drawers full of spices (and organic sugar!). Coffee maker ready to use (i.e. didn't have to buy with coffee). Should you get bored, there are both Jon Fosse and Jo Nesbø in the bookshelf - in addition to useful tour books, games and much more. The apartment is carefully decorated, you feel well taken care of. Free use of the pool was great. Free parking and super nice location. We will be back! A tip for other guests is to shop before you get to Holmsbu, as there is only one shop there.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and in such a great location. A beautiful walk along the waterfront to the city in 15 minutes. Great coffee and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The apartment was clean and spacious and the hosts were wonderful and helpful. I would highly recommended this place!

Joachim’s place is amazing! The location is only 10 minutes from downtown but you feel like you’re on an island far away. Close to the beach and the bus and the grocery store. The house has everything you need and well maintained. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect temperature. We would recommend to anyone who wants a city break.

We stayed here for four nights in May, 2023. The place is in a relatively new building and everything in the place was effectively brand-new. The location was a little bit off the main area, but it was a short walk to downtown so that really wasn't an issue. The place was clean, comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

A magical location, friendly & helpful host. We would recommend it for people who love nature, water, fishing, boating & hiking. As we came during the off season, it was very quiet & peaceful. We did some spring cleaning I guess, but Lene was very responsive & met us to help.

This was an incredibly great apartment . Everything was clean and neat. The apartment was equipped with all kitchen equipment and exclusive blender and coffee machine . Clean and tidy everything worked as it should. And was there anything I was wondering about, Sarah was always available . Will be back again ⭐️🍀❤️ Absolutely an apartment to recommend 👍

Nguyen was excellent with communications before, during and after our stay. A truly great host which usually makes for a great stay as ours was. Nguyen’s place was in a good location near the water and downtown but away from the noise with easy access to transportation if needed. The condo was comfortable, very clean and tidy and very well stocked with everything you could need. She also checked in with us a couple times to see if we needed anything. Above and beyond! I would highly recommend Nguyen’s place!

Lovely place in the central location of Bjørvika in Oslo. You even get your own little balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun. A 5 - 10 minute walk to the central station, opera, Munch etc… Perfect location if you wanna be in walking distance of nearly everything and at the same time like to enjoy some peace and quiet. The appartement is lovely furnished and you find everything you could need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. In addition, Julia is a top-host and response quickly if you need anything. All in all, a great place to stay when in Oslo.

We spent one night in the cabin. Good bus connection with a short hike. Incredibly beautiful area, perfect for hiking, close to the capital. Despite 10 degrees Celsius in the center of Oslo there was still snow and ice on the trails. Keep this in mind when traveling in early spring. The cabin is heated so there is no need to light a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped.

Perfect place and host. Smack in the middle if everything, but still quiet and nice. Will come back if I’m allowed.
