Peaceful & Cozy Private Living Space

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail, the perfect place to walk or jog. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Cute and Cozy Cabin (No Cleaning Fees)

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the relaxation on a private no wake lake with plenty of lake frontage and terrific views from the living room and front bedroom. The cottage has been almost completely remodeled. Amenities include wifi and smart TV. Both bedrooms feature new high quality queen mattresses. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the lakeside screen room. Soak in the sun laying out in a large lot or enjoy Kayaking on the water. Fishing here is great!

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

We had a great stay! It was peak fall foliage and 70 degrees. The cottage was perfect, nestled right on 3 private acres which made it the perfect child free weekend getaway. We enjoyed the sauna, the fire pit and the sounds of nature. Robin was very responsive and helpful! If you're looking for rest and relaxation I would recommend The Acorn!

We loved every part of this large, beautiful log cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the river. It easily accommodate our party of 10, and everyone was comfortable. We loved being able to bring our dogs also. We enjoyed the wood stove, the finished basement, and the large open main living area. We would definitely recommend and stay at this house again.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary - the location is gorgeous! We enjoyed the views from the home. The river is truly right there in the backyard. Such a peaceful setting and so much wildlife to enjoy while sitting outside. Loved the deck out back with places to sit and lots of room. The house was even more spacious than expected. Everything was perfectly apportioned. Joni went out of her way to be proactive in her communication with us and made sure we had all we needed. We’d love to stay here again. Kathleen was a very responsive and communicated well. Her place was exactly as described in the description. It was a very nice cabin, perfect for a couple families to enjoy themselves without being right on top of each other. The hot tub was especially nice after a long day on the ski hill! Would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for such a nice cabin and great experience!
