You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING THIS CABIN. Rustic, outhouse, outdoor (COLD water only) shower and tub. 4x4 recommended in winter. Cabin offers a single bed, convertible couch, and seating on the main floor. Upstairs a double bed & another futon mattress. Kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, and cold running water (can be warmed on the stove or electric kettle) Dining room table with 5 chairs Firepit and outhouse. Outdoor shower and tub (cold water from hose).

This home has very few neighbors for privacy and peace of mind. In this classic A Frame, you will feel at home and make “up north” memories!

New outdoor barrel sauna! Private cabin on 200 feet of river frontage. Bring your kayaks and take a short stroll down the hill to the Muskegon for fishing. Vintage cabin has been lovingly remodeled to fit your modern needs. There is no internet. We do not allow pets, parties, candles, smoking. Digital tv. Central air. Sleeps 6. Two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Rails to trails for summer cycling and winter sleds. Centrally located for day trips.

Private home tucked back in the woods on 20 acres with close proximity to the Manistee National Forest. Hiking trails throughout the property. Kids tree house. Large outdoor firepit with firewood included. 20 miles to Caberfae Peaks ski resort and 50 miles to Crystal Mountain ski resort. Public ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.
