Cute and Cozy Cabin (No Cleaning Fees)

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Modern cottage on the lake.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the relaxation on a private no wake lake with plenty of lake frontage and terrific views from the living room and front bedroom. The cottage has been almost completely remodeled. Amenities include wifi and smart TV. Both bedrooms feature new high quality queen mattresses. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the lakeside screen room. Soak in the sun laying out in a large lot or enjoy Kayaking on the water. Fishing here is great!

Very popular river for tubing, kayaking, and canoeing. Close to downtown Evart. Huge yard and deck. 2 BR and 1 full bathroom. Sofa bed in living room. River access in backyard and 3 miles from public launch. This is a great winter location for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and hiking. WiFi is available with a fully furnished WFH space with ultra wide monitor and USB-C Docking Station. There are ceiling fans in the home, but no central AC or heat. Large space heaters available.

Stayed here for three days and never felt the need to leave. Laurie has everything you could need for a vacation. The place inside and out is absolutely beautiful with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. This was definitely a perfect lake house getaway.

With its own avenue to heaven Meemo’s was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend! The property provided tangible privacy, which in itself added another dimension designed to captivate one’s soul. Meemo’s isn’t meant for your expectations, for no one can expect such natural luxury. Service and cleanliness were the main course, the lake sits at the backdoor dressed with acreage of trees, the house decor was magazine prepared, just as pictured! The bowling lanes were another highlight. We Highly recommend for anyone looking for heaven on earth and would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary - the location is gorgeous! We enjoyed the views from the home. The river is truly right there in the backyard. Such a peaceful setting and so much wildlife to enjoy while sitting outside. Loved the deck out back with places to sit and lots of room. The house was even more spacious than expected. Everything was perfectly apportioned. Joni went out of her way to be proactive in her communication with us and made sure we had all we needed. We’d love to stay here again. Thanks for opening up your beautiful home to us, Joni!

Peaceful farm living! We really enjoyed our stay here for my sister’s bachelorette. The property is beautiful, surrounded by so many precious kitties and their beautiful cattle. Rosemarie welcomed us with the best homemade cinnamon rolls we have ever had! This was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend. We had a picnic outside and Rosemarie was kind enough to also set up some yard games like cornhole. It was so hard to say goodbye to the kitties and this beautiful peaceful property! Great stay!
