great place. great price. great host!

This condo was perfect in every way! we had so much fun floating out on the lake on a Sunday off the swim dock and everyone around and area was peaceful! The location was perfect. We were able to Uber everywhere including docknockers, shady gators, lil Rizzo's, and down to the strip for under $20 each way. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy. Definitely would stay again.

While this place could definitely use an update, it was incredibly clean and neat. Our instructions were simple and clear and the unit looked just as it did in the photos. I, personally, have a finicky back, so the master bed was not comfortable and I couldn't walk when I woke up, but husband loved it, firmer the better for him. The couch was comfortable enough for me to improvise. This place was incredibly convenient and close to most everything we planned to do, as well as central to our favorite eateries, some of which the host suggested and were excellent choices! It was a little pricey for the size, but it was also a holiday week/end, so I'm sure that's why. We were supposed to travel with another couple, but it ended up just being me and the husband, so it was plenty of space for us. Overall positive experience and would not hesitate to stay in this area again.

Loved the extra items Sheila provided! Didn’t have to bring towels or linens!. Variety of pans were provided and even spices, ice and cooking spray were provided! Great instructions on how to get in and very easy to get in!

This is the second time we stayed in this exact condo and we enjoyed it again. We loved the close access to the pool and lake. Jennifer is a very responsive and friendly host.

The condo being on the top floor is perfect the kitchen was stocked with way more cooking necessities than I expected which was a wonderful surprise. having a private grill is also a bonus. everything was very clean and the view from the master is amazing. Debra texted me information in the morning and was extremely flexible scheduling wise. The facilities are a great bonus as well. loved laying by the pool and looking at the lake. The stepson caught enough Crappy and blue cats off the dock to feed all 7 of us. She doesn't require you bring your own linens and there are plentyof extra. She is very receptive to feedback. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay... it just wasn't long enough.

The condo had so many extras. The most amazing extra was the ice machine! We definitely would stay at Jamie’s again. Highly recommend

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this lakeside condo! The views were stunning! Private fishing dock, swimming pool, and grills located on the property. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony of the condo. Full size fridge, oven, microwave, washer, and dryer all in the condo. WiFi and TVs. Minutes from all of the local grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Hope to get back to visit soon!

The view was very beautiful from the room. Very spacious and clean.

Very clean , great view from the living room and master bedroom of the lake. Location is 5-10 minute drive to several restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect space for our family vacation!!! Having the pool was a HUGE bonus for our family, we spent a good portion of each day around the pool. Great location, easy to find and easy to get to local attractions. Nancy was quick to respond to questions.

Come back to this place second time for friend strip and golf. Stunning view with spacious patio for hanging out. Joe is friendly, helpful and responsive. Recommend to rent cottage 21 instead of 22 if you are only looking for renting one unit. Cottage 21 living room is much bigger.

Spencer and Kristy were phenomenal hosts. They reached out early with instructions and helpful tips. They were easy to reach with questions during our stay and provided great info as we neared our final day / check out, etc. The property was exactly as described and they were flexible with check-in to help accommodate our travel plans. Based on this great experience we are taking our family right back there in a month.

Awesome stay! Peaceful and relaxing. The deck and fire pit were great and gave us extra space to spread out with our kids. I'd sit on the deck in the morning and watch the sun come up over the hills, and then be out there again in the evening with my book. Home was clean, and bunks in the one room were perfect for the four kids. Some good restaurants within 10 minutes, and a ton to do within 20 - 30 minutes. Would 100% stay here again

This was our second year to stay at Hartley's place and let me tell you, this place is perfect for us! It's close to where we want to stay but it is so convenient with the living room, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room and screened in porch upstairs as you walk in the front door. Downstairs are 2 private bedrooms and a full bed in the living area and a full bath. And, the only steps you have to climb from the dock to your house are in the AC!! It's great for seniors, families and it fits our needs exactly. We have already booked a week for next year, same time, that's how much we love it! Had a great time here for our work retreat! We were able to both rest and work well together in the large, open main room. Also, I really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen is! They had everything we needed and so much more.

We enjoyed the screened patio for morning coffee and the dock for early evening fishing. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities. We didn't need the second level as there was just the two of us. The location was beautifully placed along side the lake. Also the location was easily accessible to shopping ( groceries) in Camdenton and state parks.

Great lil fishing cottage, with it's own dock. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing view of the lake. Large condo was very accommodating for our group. We were a little dissapointed because it showed a grill available, so we brought lots of food to grill and there was no grill. Everything else was great. Thank you.

Beautiful home and location. The house has so much more to offer than the pictures describe. Dorothy is a great host and got back to me super quick about any questions i had. 10/10 stay!
