Monthly Rentals in Orvault

Our short stay at Marie's was very nice, the accommodation is spotless, convenient and accessible. We enjoyed having a coffee maker, a kettle, household amenities, and a few things like salt, pepper, or coffee filters. We'll be happy to go back!

Tony is excellent in the management of the property, very professional and responsive to the slightest request, excellent communication. Thank you for everything. however the owners should take a walk around their apartment to consider a refreshment that would not be luxury and do some repairs. broken sofa, broken footboard, dirty walls, top toilet door plus handle and lock, dirty pillows, no mattress pad on mattresses, bed linen not ironed, very dirty balcony filled with pigeon droppings!! That said, the apartment is very well soundproofed and perfectly quiet, we stayed three weeks despite the events and everything went smoothly. I will definitely come back if the problems mentioned above are fixed. a big thank you to Tony for the missing toaster and vacuum cleaner.

Great quiet place, and in the middle of the forest, while being close to Nantes. Sylvie is very nice and has good tips for your stay. I'm doing this place again.

Great place in a peaceful area. Very responsive, friendly and smiling hosts. Many functional and clean amenities. Excellent value for money as it is very rare. I would highly recommend it.
